Best baker in the PNW! Completely gluten free and the staff is so welcoming. I come up here every weekend in the summer for triathlon training and ALWAYS stop by for some pastries, a big sourdough, and some curated coffee beans. The whole team is super friendly and the owner Lauren is the best!! Highly recommend paying them a visit :) You shall not regret it, especially if you are gluten free!!
The best bakery! Even if you aren’t gluten free, their stuff is the best. But they accommodate to several food intolerances! Their espresso is pretty much my favorite ever! Love, love their chocolate cakes!
Grain is all about not needing to make ANY compromises for taste. My husband and I live in historic Snohomish, and when we got married we wanted to keep it as local as possible. Our officiant was vegan, and we had guests with gluten sensitivities. Our wedding cake was the most delicious carrot cake I’ve ever had. We have been buying an “anniversary” cake ever since, because it’s *that good*. Try it. You won’t regret it.
