Says it closes at 7:30. After standing in the line for 30 mins they turned us away. The time was not even 7 pm. Please don’t post incorrect hours and if you do post something follow it

We've loved coming here the last few weeks. The baristas are so friendly and kind. They are handling the demand with grace and competence! We keep coming back to try new drinks.
The burritos are decent. Kind of small but tasty

Had my brows done next door by Rebecca thought I'd walk over and grab a coffee was told nope get in the car line... guess tiktok does indeed change mom and pops... the fame won't last forever... you are killing your everyday.. bye!
My husband and I drove an hour and a half because we've heard such great things about this place and were excited to try the seasonal spooky drinks. Unfortunately, we arrived at 7:12 and they already had their open sign turned off. There was one person in the drive-thru talking to a barista and getting her drinks. The barista told us they are closed. I really wish people would stick to their advertised posted hours or change them accordingly.

Got there around 6pm they close at 730pm. Tried to order 3 different speciality drinks only to be told they were out of something in the drink. Basically, they just had basic drinks.
Before going I checked the menu online via Instagram etc. I loved they offered 8oz drinks perfect for kids. Which is why I love Bigfoot and Gravity because they have great kids options. I was told I could only get 8oz hot. Which makes no sense. The kids don't care if it's an Italian soda in a hot cup.
We made the trip for nothing and ended up at BigFoot Java anyway.
Parking: Odd little shack in a parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Not much.. I wanted a smaller size 8oz for my smaller kids. Was told only hot drinks.

Good news: Very cute themed designed drinks. I got Dracula's Bride and Graveyard for their Halloween theme drinks.
Bad news: They literally gave me a 24 ounce cup of chocolate milk ( unblended) for the Graveyard. Come to find out, it was supposed to be a blended drink as I saw a few people posting on social media a BLENDED drink. So I don't understand. The other drink just tasted like strawberry milk with a very slight hint of coffee. Then I was charged a mystery fee for a " fully loaded". I was very disappointed. I will see if their other location is better.

I’m not one to write reviews but I hope some constructive criticism said with love is received and heard for better service next time. I was up in Snohomish today with my family (my home stand is in Woodinville) so I figured I’d go to my fav coffee stand. The line was long (typical so I didn’t think much of it) until we were waiting for literally 40 minutes.
I couldn’t help but notice that one barista took a picture of the menu and then was walking all the way up and down both lines to show customers the menu. Not even taking orders which honestly would’ve been more productive.
As someone who has worked in the busy, fast paced food industry I couldn’t help but get irritated that 1. The barista in the stand was all by herself doing all the work. 2. If the other barista was in the stand, customers could’ve been served and checked out 100% faster.
When I finally got up to the window i apologized to the barista that she was doing all the work and what the other barista was doing made absolutely no sense. After I said my opinion she opened the door and asked her to come inside and help.
I understand busy mornings at a coffee place but a better system in place for how it can be done more efficiently would be helpful.
I gave food 3 stars as well because our drinks had way too much ice and barely any drink

We go here about once a month for a fun little family treat on a Saturday morning. Staff is always friendly and asks how we are doing and what we have planned for the day. We love to get our drinks with the works, it's so extra and fun! But even without the extras, the drinks are always right and tasty. They will even do a water with the works for your picky eaters (drinkers in this case?) who only like water, just ask for the flat lid so the whipped cream doesn't get in the water. Their menu does change with the season so you may love something in the summer they won't have in the fall, but each season has amazing stuff. Price wise their normal drinks are comparable to other coffee stands, getting the works bumps it up to Starbucks maybe slightly more than Starbucks, but so much more fun!

Been coming for years to this stand great drinks and great service until just recently had a bad horrible experience with this tall girl with glasses I don’t know her name but every time she’s working I do not stop I go to a different place
This is my absolute favorite coffee stand..it has been since I was a little kid! My mother Patience was a previous owner when it was called the château espresso we were a family ran coffee stand! Seeing the coffee stand over 10 years later brings back so many nostalgic memories! Thank you for such an amazing experience and for the best frappe I have ever had! Will be stopping by every chance I get!

I come here almost every Sunday and today I tried a drink called watermelon sugar it says it has watermelon with fresh lime slices and fresh strawberries and I’m allergic to peach which it seems to be the only one with no peach but to my surprise there is peach in it but that was not advertised and there never was fresh lime or strawberries in it very disappointed :/
