The staff here was so rude. The coffee I got was mediocre at best. I would’ve grabbed something to eat, but the baked goods were steaming in their bags in the sun. They also allow their customers to block traffic and I saw one customer block someone from getting out of the parking lot and refused to move for them. This stand is gross. Try another one!

I've been a loyal customer of House of Brews for quite some time now, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The Barista’s are incredibly friendly and genuinely makes every visit feel special. Each time I stop by, they ensure my drink is not just good but perfectly crafted and delicious.
My go-to order is the Blended Malt Lotus, (have to try it to understand) and it's consistently a delight. The rich, smooth flavors are expertly balanced in hot or cold drinks and it's clear that a lot of care goes into preparing every cup. The warm, welcoming atmosphere combined with exceptional customer service makes House of Brews stand out among coffee spots.
If you're in the area and looking for a top-notch coffee experience, House of Brews is a must-visit. Without a doubt, I give them 5 stars for their outstanding service and delicious drinks!

I literally won't buy coffee anywhere else in Snohomish... I even have my own machine at home and I still go spend the money on HOB. LOL Make it your stop, you won't regret it.
