This is one of my favorite local spots. Their barbecue sauce is homemade and we buy it by the half gallon to bring home if they sold it in 5 gallon buckets we’d buy it in that too. The brisket sandwich is my go to. I’ll bring friends and coworkers here and it’s always a fan favorite.
Larry's Smokehouse is tucked away at the end of Clearview Plaza. It's worth the effort to find it. The menu is limited, but what they do, they do well. One thing they do particularly well is smoked salmon. The smoked salmon Cesar salad could feed 2 or 3. The cornbread is moist and delicious. The potato salad and beans are also very good. The perfect dinner if you love smoked meats
I tried both the beef and pork, and they were absolutely delicious tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. The portions were generous, and you can really tell they put care into the preparation. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, ideal for enjoying good food and good company.
Highly recommend Larry’s Smokehouse if you’re into authentic, slow-cooked smokehouse meals.
