I was in the Snohomish location on 6/7 for 45 minutes waiting to order a pie, Lanie deserves a HUGE raise! She was the only person doing her job and she was doing it extremely well. There were four or five other people working, but she was the only one moving with any urgency, taking orders making food and drinks, and handling costumer questions and complaints with a big smile on her face the whole time. She is an absolute rockstar!
Lovely staff, nice seating, perfect place to stop for a treat in downtown Snohomish! You can watch the pies being made in real time - the dough being formed in the window, then pressed into a mold to be filled and baked off. I've had 3 different pie shakes from them so far and they've all been incredible. My favorite is easily the apple berry crumble, but that's just personal preference. You won't be disappointed by anything you order here
I really wanted to like the pies, perhaps a bit more sugar? I ordered the rhubarb strawberry and I'm sorry, but it was very sour and tangy. I've never had rhubarb this sour. The crust was great, perfectly cooked. The marionberry was very sour as well, it was hard to eat them. Not even the coffee with sugar helped.
It wasn't busy, on a Tuesday afternoon. They also have a lunch menu. Great costumer service from everyone.
