Highly disappointed in my second visit. I initially took my wife here about one month (lunch) ago after my colleague’s recommendation. That visit was great enough that I wanted to take my kids with us this time.Today's visit was bad enough that I ended up walking away from our table after sitting down for more than 35 minutes. When we walked in there, the staff was busy and we could only see only two tables were available. One of the staff asked for my party’s size (2+2) and told us she would sit us right away. While we waited for our table, another party (3) came in and asked for a table. After a few minutes, I noticed one of the staff members took the order from the other table before us. It didn't bother me at that time since the staff came to my table right after. While I was waiting for our order (shot rib fried rice, pad Thai, brisket curry, and drunkard noodles), I noticed the other table got their 3 plates of their order within 10-12 mins. While I was patiently waiting for our food, the other table got their 4th plate even before our first. Looking at the clock on my iPhone, I've noticed it has been 34-36 min since we placed the order. I've lost my patience and asked for an update and my order from one of their staff Instead of checking my order, this staff brought a male staff (who claims he is the manager/owner) over to my table with a copy of my order. He asked what is the problem. Then proceeded to tell us that he only had 5 people in the kitchen and was slammed with orders. When I think of le him that the later arrived party got their food way before and wanted to know why our food is not ready. Then he went on to say that he and I checked the security video footage since he knew the other party got here first. Not only I was 100% certain that we got into the restaurant before the other party. Not once he was apologetic about the delay and my concerns about out-of-turns on food orders. He simply didn't care.To the manager/owner- I left my phone number with you so you can call me after you check out your video footage and see what you've missed.

The food is amazing every time! They were super busy and we had to wait for a table, but food is worth it. The only draw back was the air conditioning was turned way up and it was freezing! Wish I had a coat. The one is so nice!

They have a separate vegan menu and the food was wonderful! Very flavorful and the drunken noodles were fabulous. Also highly recommend the kabocha squash appetizer.

1st time dining here, went with a coworker for a beer and appetizer and ended up adding an entree. The restaurant was 60% full. The owner came over and greeted us immediately because he recognized my coworker. We ordered the chicken wings appetizer and a beer. The wings were so good, we both ordered the ribeye which came sliced and super tender. Served with veges like if we were in Thailan and not the American potatoes. I walked away satisfied and not stuffed. This place is a hidden gem.Kid-friendliness: A few tables with kids.

Trying too hard. Thinks it’s a whiskey bar in a big city - it’s just a Thai restaurant in the suburbs. Calm down. Very very slow service

We had Kobe beef, it’s salty; Padthai is wet and overcooked. The chicken wings and papaya salad is ok.Overall: nice place but salty foods.

I recommend dining in only. We love the menu and the food is wonderfully prepared. However, when we decided to do a take out order, and were really disappointed in the quality of the food. The Himmapan Crispy chicked was dry and tough, good flavor, but hard to eat. The short rib in the fried rice was so dry we didnt eat it, so for the $17.50 for the dish, not worth it.Again, dine in, great food.

Absolutely delicious. I had the Break the Ice cocktail and Northern Style Noodles (Khao Soi). The drink was nice and herbaly without being too sweet. They use real jasmine flowers, not a stale tea bag. The Khao Soi was probably the best I've had. The curry flavors were balanced so wonderfully. I arrived around 5/5:30 on a Friday night. Tables were almost full and no one at the bar. Within an hour the restaurant was packed with a wait list. The owner seems passionate about using fresh and authentic ingredients. Looking forward to trying more!

Such a wonderful experience! It’s the best Thai food around. I’ve had a lot of Thai in Washington and Tee Sud is not like those places. Everything was fresh, the flavors explosive. The presentation was spectacular. The short rib curry was not something I’ve had before but I plan to get it again and again, it was a really well balanced dish. The Kobe beef dish was amazing, but be careful with those chili slices! Dining partner had the wonton soup and said it’s one of her favorite soups of all time. We are excited to go back!Had a great selection of gluten free options too! The bar looked amazing but didn’t get drinks. They have 2-5 happy hour everyday. Owner also mentioned a large vegan selection on the weekends.

I almost don't want to say anything because I'm afraid others will discover this hidden gem of a restaurant/bar. I've been here 4 times and counting and it is outstanding every time. Everything I've had from the very tasty and beautiful craft cocktails to the even more fabulous food. This place hits all the marks of atmosphere, food, drinks and service. You would have no clue by it's location but don't be fooled. If you can hit lunch it's even better, everything is the same but less crowded and more relaxed.
