First- to be greeted by Henry the corgi!! Amazing, such a sweetheart! Then to meet John, who absolutely loves what he does, a vast amount of information, fun to chat with and overall one heck of a tasting experience he does. One of the best high proof vodkas ever had.Period. Spoiler is a dangerous vodka- so pure its like drinking water. I'd then take the 100proof high beam over the normal 80proof Headlight. Although, what's crazy is of you want to best coffee or apple...
My partner and I stopped in a few weeks ago after picking some apples at a nearby U-pick farm. We were greeted by the owners adorable dog and he walked us to the tasting room! The tasting was really fun and the owner is a great story teller. We learned a lot about his process and ended up purchasing early Christmas gifts for our family. Would love to go back sometime!
