The Squatch Box is a food truck next to Commonwealth at Snoqualmie Pass. We came here in the summer, and it was apparent that the menu had been significantly reduced to just a few items. They have misters and permanent seating with fire pits which was definitely a bonus. They offer a few salads and sandwiches, both of which took a long time to come out, and were just okay.
Absolutely love the Squatch Box! Stopped by while driving over the pass to get some lunch. Staff was helpful and friendly. I got the 906 dog and added jalapeño. We also got the teriyaki bowl and chili cheese fries. The teriyaki bowl had so much food and was worth the wait! Had to wash it all down with a beer from Drew Bru :) Chatted with the manager Olivia and told her she does a great job running the joint. 11/10
A permanent food truck on Snoqualmie Pass, perfect for a quick stop on the way back from weekend adventures.The teriyaki chicken bowl was simple and tasty (just chicken and rice, they offered to add some peppers). The chicken strips were pretty standard and the fries were really tasty...
