I want to take a minute to give a huge high five to Bryson! Though I was not a customer at Commonwealth, I found myself in quite a pickle. After visiting summit. I accidentally left my wallet at the Chevron close by the Commonwealth and didn't realize it until I was nearly home to Wenatchee. After calling the Chevron several times and not getting an answer, I was starting to panic. So I called the Commonwealth and luckily for me Bryson answered the phone. After I explain my situation. I asked him if he would please go to the gas station and see if he could find my wallet. Not only did he find my wallet, he took the time to go to the post office the next day and mail it back to me! Bryson is friendly and helpful and a genuinely great guy. I'm going to make it a point to stop by the Commonwealth and meet him next time I'm heading through summit. I want to make sure to leave this review so that his boss is to know what an excellent job they did and hiring this young man and I hope that they appreciate what a valuable employee they have. I definitely appreciate him.

Food has gone downhill. Was looking forward all day to a Fried Chicken Sandwich, having had it many times. Rubber... inedible. Disappointed about what has apparently happened to this place.

I find The Commonwealth is the best one around the Summit ski resort area. It’s quite bigger than typical resort bar-restaurants, with 129 people capacity. They offer outside seatings as well.You can eat and drink there, but don’t expect a lot of choices. Food is good, drinks are okay, and service is okay.A male server brought our check that already included 20% tip in the total amount. But other day, a female server questioned about it when I asked if the tip was included. She said they don’t include tip if the party is below 5. I felt like they weren’t on the same page…

The food and beer just not good. I can go on a long rant but I leave it at that. The many good reviews perhaps because location is great, particularly after a workout in the mountains. Truth is, food/beer a letdown. Atmosphere is great due to natural beauty nearby.
