Great spot to get some good food after a long morning of hiking! I ordered the brisket with two sides and it was delicious. My friend had the veggie sandwich and also loved it. Brisket was super tender, and the mac and cheese was very creamy. Plenty of parking available in the area.
My brother catered smoke brisket in Texas and has been the brisket I judge all other by...this brisket is better. They do not and maybe should give their sauce out with the brisket, it is not necessary, but it is great as well.
It’s rare to go to a place where every single thing you order is some of the best you’ve ever had. One of the best sandwiches, one of the best chilies, one of the best mac & cheese…… our one year-old literally could not stop clapping. 10/10 must eat barbecue in the state.
