If you’re visiting Snoqualmie and craving Mexican food, this place is a must-try. I highly recommend the tacos camaron; they’re not too heavy, even though they come with three pieces. The taste is just right. The enchiladas are also delicious. The kids’ burrito and kids’ empanada hand pie are both tasty and satisfying. If you’re a sweet tooth, the chocolate flan is a great choice. The mango sorbet, on the other hand, is too sweet...
The pozole was AMAZING! had a rich broth and very authentic. The tacos were also amazing! My fiance got tamales and horchata and those were also great. The vibe is casual and the employees were kind and hard working.
This has been our go-to mexican restaurant since they opened 10 years ago. Slightly different than other Mexican restaurants that all taste about the same, Caadxi Oaxaca tastes fresher. My favorite is the carne asada but I've tried just about everything on the menu and never had a bad meal. The skinny margarita is the best!
The parking lot is quite small so I recommend parking across the street in front of the train station.
