I'm disappointed in the major physical change they've made to the restaurant. The space feels like a cafeteria. Awful carpet, table and lighting. There weren't flowers on the tables or a fireplace. In other words there is no ambience.
We go twice a year when my Sister comes home from NYC with my Dad. We always order almost the exact same things. The biscuits with honey from Heaven is always so amazing. Service is always top notch.
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant. Had hoped to eat on the terrace, but due to no availability, we were seated in the dining room near a window which offered a lovely view. Our server was efficient and engaging. We especially loved the heavenly honey demonstration! The fish & chips dish that I ordered was delicious! So glad that we partnered our visit to the falls with lunch at the lodge.
