This is a review about catering. The team from the Snoqualmie Mexican Food Truck did a great job, and our guests commented about how delicious the tacos were. They were willing to work with me to add sides (beans, rice, chip, guac) that weren't listed on the main catering menu, gave me an estimate ahead of time, and everything was prompt and exactly as promised. I opted for them to set up the serving stations (heavy tinfoil containers over sterno cans) and it was perfect....

“The Jamaica drink here was super refreshing and tasted homemade, not watered down like some places. It had the perfect balance of sweet and tart with a deep hibiscus flavor, especially ice cold on a hot day. The color looked amazing and it paired really well with the tacos. The service was amazing too — everyone was really friendly and fast. Definitely one of the best aguas frescas I’ve had from a food truck around Snoqualmie. I’d 100%...

The atmosphere is great, comfortable and clean seating and the employees are friendly. They have a great menu selection as well and the food is well presented.

However I've eaten here at least five times (had the burrito, burrito bowl, breakfast burrito, quesadilla and tacos all with different meats). And every time the food tastes dirty. Yes, dirty.
It's evident that their cooking surfaces are not cleaned well enough or perhaps not cleaned...
