Staff listening to headphones both ears, no smile, no greeting, no I'll be with you in a minute while I make 6 online sandwich orders, waited 10 minutes to order. No thank you see you next time, not much care in making sandwich, place has/is going downhill. Pitty because it used be a great shop with pleasant atmosphere and cheerful staff. I'll go again but my expectations are 3 star. And no I'm not tipping anything when that's what I get for customer service.

I disapprove of the new menu. They have gone to a fixed style menu. If you order The Philly they make it to the prescribed menu. No substitutions.There is a build your own option....but why?

December 2021: clean location, fresh ingredients, thinly sliced, great tasting food. Further the staff was considerate enough to change gloves between sandwiches.Could improve the packaging of the sandwich. To much veggies were packed out of the sandwich and fell out when we opened the wrapper.Friendly staff and quick service.
