“Yummmmmmm.....had the banana cream cheese muffin , didn't want to share but did :( , wife had a delicious scone(I tried it, yummy) daughter had a cookie (tried that too, yummers) And we each bought a sammich ...Italian and a Tuna fish. YUM!!! Was not expensive but had 5 star taste. Only problem I see with this place is that people will find out about it.”

“Wanted to take our brother and sister -in Law out for their 27th anniversary and try to make it special. Had 2 trusted co-workers who highly praised Sophia's, so we made reservations in advance and made sure we arrived early. No problem, they got us seated right away and the place was already packed at 5 pm on a Saturday. The decor is authentic, and had the feel of real, family run business not a national chain. The star of the show is the ornate, tiled brick oven that is well done to isolate its immense heat from overwhelming the dining area, all of which is very tightly packed. The open view cooking area seems immaculate, and the staff has obviously gotten their choreography down. We ordered wine and an appetizer that arrived in quick order, giving us an opportunity to scour the menu and make decisions. The excellent Crostini Rosso with spicy infused oil was so good, a creamy cheesy blob infused with pesto in the center hit the spot. We had a classic Magherita Pizza, Fettucine Alfredo, Ribeye Steak, and the pasta special Cheese Tortellini in Pomodoro Sauce. Everybody sampled each other's fare, and it was all very, very good. My brother-in-law lived in Italy during his service in the Vietnam era and raved about how good this was. We had a couple of budget bottles of Malbec and could have licked the plates clean but had to save room for a little Gelato and Tiramisu with an Espresso. Our waitress was very busy, yet efficient and very pleasant, taking time to answer any questions and offer information. As for the cost, well nothing is cheap anymore it seems, but for the quality of the food and the quaint, authentic experience, we were not put off and will be back again.”

“Our first visit to Del Red in a long long time. It was last Sunday late evening. We had a hard afternoon pulling sagebrush and didn't want to spend rest of nite cooking. Got into town. Del Red Pub was only business open. Drove home/washed up/ grabed the Community Shopper two for one coupon for Del Red and they were still open; great waitress, Krystal; bar drinks perfect; DelRed Burgers were so filling and the onion rings and french fries perfect. The Chef Jodie is excellent. Loved the coupon to make us fixed income and heavily taxed folks able to occasionally have a nite out. Thank you Del Red Pub for seeing potential to our little town. Great need being filled”

“My husband and I are new to the area so we decided to come here tonight and we are SO glad we did! It was the best pizza he and I have ever had and the gluten free crust was amazing! Also everyone who helped us was amazing it really says alot when everyone working there has huge smiles on their faces and are so friendly! We will be back!”

“Was traveling from Lynnwood to the Republic and stopped by here to grab a couple of pizzas along the way. One of the cleanest PM's and the staff was incredible! Fast, efficient, friendly! Honestly, I love my local PM but these guys were a notch up! The pizza was delicious and you can't beat the service. Highly recommend them!

“Went today for lunch, I just moved here to Ephrata. The BLT was amazing. I could barely eat half. The place was busy, excellent customer service, kept checking on me to make sure everything was great. I am going back Saturday for the eggs benedict. Only served on Friday and Saturday. I was told by the waitress the hollandaise sauce is amazing. I will let you all know. Great place for perfectly prepared food. Everyone eating was very well taken care of and the food was excellent. “I ordered the gyro @ about 3:30 on a Thursday. It was nice and quiet before I ordered, but patrons came to pick up food consistently while I ate at a table.
The owner was a pleasure to chat with. It has a great atmosphere with the potential to have private parties, as I see a stage and lighting for such. I would think it would make for a great spot for graduation parties. Although by the time anyone reads this, that season will be over.
My gyro is very fresh! It's not the customary Greek gyro I grew up on, but it's delicious as the same. I never thought to put spinach in my gyros, I love it! The tzatziki is tastes great too (I'm particular about my tzatziki).

I love the high ceilings in the Pita Pit. Typical old downtown building feel with a fresh modern twist.

Dietary restrictions I have restrictive dietary guidelines, so when I go out to eat sometimes it can be a negative experience if the staff doesn’t understand, but that certainly wasn’t the case here at Tequilas. Raul listened attentively and was very helpful finding something that I loved eating. 🎉”
