Wanted to take our brother and sister -in Law out for their 27th anniversary and try to make it special. Had 2 trusted co-workers who highly praised Sophia's, so we made reservations in advance and made sure we arrived early. When I heard of this place and that it was in Soap Lake I was like, "No way." So, told my wife, let's go check this place out. I mean, Soap Lake right?Haven't had an Italian dish this good since I left Europe in 1995. Best I've eaten in the US.Brought back some nostalgia for me.
