NGL, the ambience is very casual and the beans and rice were forgettable -- but the chicken tacos were the best I've had in ages. Somebody there really knows their seasonings. Will come back.

Good food, good people. If you want an incredible meal, authentic and affordable, stop in at Betsy's. You may have to wait a bit, because sometimes the line can be a little long. Very well worth the time. I've yet to have anything from them that wasn't exceptional. Their Big Burrito is one if my favorites, also their Tacos are to die for. You should bring your appetite as the portions are HUGE.
Best Mexican food west of I-5 and south of hwy 12.
