Linda's is a fish and chips food truck about an hour from Long Beach in the town of Raymond. It's easy to get to as it's a big pull off from the main road and has tons of parking there. It's all outdoors and they have probably a dozen tables outside to eat at. Their menu isn't massive but price per portion is fantastic. Their food is very fresh and made to order, with different breading options and sauces too. The fish, shrimp and oysters are delicious...
Great fish and chips harbor-side shack! We stopped here today and really enjoyed the crispy batter fried cod and fries - nice fresh flaky cod with a crunchy cornmeal crust that I enjoyed a lot more than doughy beer batter. Staff were friendly and kind and service fast! There were plenty of tables on the grass and it was a great place to enjoy the sun and wind. Based on what I heard around me, this is a favorite spot of locals. Highly recommend! Oh, and the homemade clam chowder...
