Walked in to use a coupon, not too sure on what I could /couldn't get. The worker there was very patient, nice, and clean. My sandwich was very well made, with the perfect amount of sauce (not too much, not too little). She also washed her hands before helping me, and washed them again before helping the next customer. This is refreshing to see since many establishments will hire workers who will be poking at their face, running their hands through their hair, or just touch...
I highly recommend standing there and watching them make your sandwich over placing a Mobil order! They definitly make the sandwiches better when you’re watching them. Today was the first and placed a mobile order at this location and I placed a pretty simple order two footlong chicken bacon ranch asked for lettuce on both and barely got a sprinkle of it on either sandwich and the olives were in one handful of a bunch, in the middle of the sandwich same as the onions....
This Subway location was a disappointing experience for me, which is why I’m giving it three stars. I walked in ready to grab a quick sandwich, but I ended up waiting almost five minutes before anyone even came out from the back to greet me or take my order. That’s not what I expect from a fast-food chain like Subway, where service is usually quick and efficient. The delay made the visit feel disorganized and unwelcoming from the start.
