I had the Tuesday lunch special which was a chicken Caesar salad. When I got the salad it was made with regular lettuce that that was clear see-through looking with brown edges, and it didn't have any salad dressing on it. When I got the bill they had overcharged me the quality was very disappointing, how can you mess up a salad?

Sadly if I could give less than one star I would. Tonight while trying to go to Applebee's after getting off of work, their doors were locked even though it said they were still open for another half hour. When calling the restaurant I spoke to an individual who told me They were cleaning carpets. Which seems a little bit ridiculous to be scheduling carpet cleaning during normal business hours if you have to shut down your entire business for that, Especially when you are the only restaurant in the area that is open at certain hours late at night unless you were wanting to take a chance and eat fast food. I definitely think this restaurant could do better in scheduling their carpet cleaning, especially when they are one of the few restaurants that are open late at night in the valley. I guess I will have to take my business to Buffalo wild wings since they don't seem to be closing to clean carpets.

This applebees was great, much better than the north Spokane in my opinion. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere with very attentive staff. Felt cared for, food was typical applebees so nothing super special but what you'd expect.

I just got my order from here and my burger is not the burger I ordered, and its soggy and cold. The chips are also stale. I know this place is great when you go in and dine but everytime ive ordered to get delivered, something is always wrong when I receive it. I hope the workers start to pay more attention to the food leaving and not just in store dining. I hope this helps!
