I love Applebees, but this location needs an improvement on customer service.

Ordered salad with my dinner came out was 1/2 cup of salad I asked for more I'm paying for it she said I'm not soppose to do this but added more I've been coming here for years and we'll not be back very rude customer service 😞

We had a small family get-together. The atmosphere was good, or the server was on point and made our evening and dining experience 👌. All food came out at the same time, except my wife's. It could have been a legitimate mistake, but when we found hair on another dish and received dirty spoons 🥄 with dessert, well, that took the cake, so to speak. If it wasn't for our server, we probably wouldn't have left a tip at all. But he made up for it and deserved it. The cooks/kitchen staff, in my opinion, need more training and should probably wear hairnet and gloves if not already. So check your food before you eat for hair and check your silverware for not washing and cleaned properly... consider yourself warned.

Our server was amazing but, out of 5 of us who ate 1 person enjoyed their meal (chicken strips). My mom,sister and boyfriend got chicken sandwiches and didn't like them. I got steak and mashed potatoes my steak was BURNT i only took 2 bites of it, it was so bad and they gave me the smallest scoop of mashed potatoes. Applebees is not what it used to be at all.

Bartender was very friendly. We sat at the bar, had a drink and a few appetizers. I like Applebee's because it's consistent. We call it consistently Mediocre. Food's never great but it's never bad.

I’m giving three stars because the customer service was great. Our server was super kind and very helpful!
The food tasted great. Fries were a tid cold but I dealt. I was so hungry. Hadn’t eaten all day. Ordered a bacon burger meal. Buttttttt I’ve been sick alll night. It was the only food I’d eaten yesterday because I was so busy! Ill spare the tmi but I’m sure you can assume how it goes. I’ve not slept and suppose to be so busy tmrw. Worst tummy ache! Super sad about it because I love this place :( buttttt I usually stick to the north location and will probably continue that way:(
