This was my first time going to Arby’s and it was incredible. I never went here before because I thought they only had stuff like roast beef sandwiches and stuff like that but turns out they have burgers and I love burgers. I also loved their curly fries. I got a #6 and asked for no onions, no cheese, and no pickles and they actually listened. At most other fast food places they mess up but they didn’t here. I love this place and it is actually tastier that McDonald’s.

Two times I tried their turkey bacon lettuce tomato sandwich. Terrible both times. Very little turkey, still frozen bacon, wilted lettuce, fell apart trying to take out of bag..and tasteless. Bought from another Arby's before and was good. Lady taking order had to be told five times that I wanted curly fries..which ended up cold and tasteless. I will never go here again.

Drive thru at 5:30pm, really fast and fresh food. Really nice staff. LOVE THE NEW SNACK WRAPS!!!! Please NEVER take them off the menu!!! The remodel is beautiful!! Really grateful to have this Arby's here!! Love the good quality of fast food and high proteins.

This is the 2nd time in a row that I bought a smokehouse brisket sandwich at dinner time around 530 pm and it had been sitting for awhile, it was cold, the cheese had melted and hardened and bun was soggy. You used to make these when they were ordered. This is not worth $15.49 for a soggy sandwich. Please up your game!

This Arby’s location is fast becoming one of our favorites. Inexpensive but delicious food, healthy choices, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff— all these keep combining to make an excellent online order/takeout experience.
Love Arby's! Food is always great, employees always courteous, dining room always clean, drink bar always stocked. Seldom too crowded.I've never been disappointed. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because they don't even have elevator music. Usually a bit too noisy, too.

Got a smokehouse brisket meal (which looks like a big burger on the menu), paid $15 for it and got a burger thinner than a McChicken. 2 strips of bacon and 2 small slices of brisket? Not going back…

Portions seem to have gone down. I order the smokehouse brisket and it seems to have less brisket each visit. The airway heights and cda locations don’t seem to have this issue.
