So they lost my order and tried telling me I was at the wrong location even tho I had a receipt for this location? They were able to finally find my food somehow and my order. Management is incompetent avoid this place they don’t even give you the right order.

I am judging this location's food by what I expect from an Arby's. They are average about that.
The employees here are pretty friendly and welcoming, and often pretty efficient and quick to get orders out. I will just note that sometime with takeout orders we have had errors.
I miss when restaurants actually devorated and tried to distinguish from each other. The last remodel of this place has gone the way of drab box location, and they got rid of the distinctive big hat logo for a boring word sign. They even changed it to a sterile overused font. At least they keep the place fairly clean.

The restaurant is clean and looks nice.
I went in and ordered a beef n cheddar and a ham and Swiss. Two sandwiches.
The wait for said sandwiches was at least ten minutes, which is ridiculous, and both had barely any cheese and lacked flavor.
It was a huge disappointment.

Had to sit for 20 minutes in the drive through only to get the wrong sandwich and a half filled cup of fries. Never again.
I often feel like customer service is dead but Kelly proved me wrong! She had such a genuinely warmth and smile that made me feel like she was actually happy to see me. I will be back just because of her.

New angus cheesesteaks are something else. They have a decent flavor but the bread is so soggy. Arbys is the best fast food if they have deals but other then that it is a major rip off. 2 beef and cheddars almost 20 bucks -.-
