Probably could've taken a better picture but it was good and I was hungry. Seems like they've revamped the way they do things and the food was very good, flavorful and filling.
I always enjoy this place. Food and service is always good. And they are never too busy to get a table or food in a timely manner. It's also convenient that it's in the mall.

First, the complementary chips were mostly broken. Fine for chiliqueles, but not for salsa.
I ordered Chickel Mole... and the chicken breast was like *wood*. Tough, unappealing, with a mole sauce that tasted of salt (and not much else)
My wife had a chimichunga which was not deep-fried... it was grilled. In other words, she got a flour tortilla with some beef in it, warmed up on a grill.
