Ordered 2 burgers, a salad and 2 fries. One Cajun fry for $8.39 and one regular fry for $5.99, photos show the fries only 1/4 full of the small bags?!? So for almost $15, received about as many fries as a medium from McDonalds??? This was the second chance with them, last delivery order missing 1 of 3 burgers??? Never ordering delivery or to go from this establishment again!

The burger definitely looks MUCH better than the picture, but that usually for all. However, this is actually a VERY small burger. It's way smaller than what it looks like. To pay 20 for this burger is so way overpriced. It didn't taste bad but the outside of the first burger was way burnt , I mean you can hear it crunch -burnt

I say first burger because I bought a buy one and get one free deal. (Thats why I bought it)

If the outside of the first burger wasn't burnt it's not too bad. But I do think it's overpriced

Sign up for the Black Angus App and get great deals, especially on the Campfire Feast which is a great deal for 2 as it comes with an appetizer and desert that you share, but your main course and side dishes can be customized for each member of your party of 2 so you can have different entries and sides to suit your taste for the evening.

Campfire Feast is always excellent! Appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert for a great price. Our server was Sheila, who was great! Drinks refilled and food served quickly. Steak perfectly cooked as ordered. Zero complaints for this Spokane Valley location.

Our party of 10 always loves coming here, because we are never disappointed. I realize large parties are more of a challenge, but our wait staff were pros and went above and beyond. The food was great, the drinks were delicious and everyone left happy. Even, me and I am the pickiest eater of them all.

Black Angus is one of our “go to” places to celebrate and yesterday's dinner confirmed why! The entire staff was friendly and helpful - they seemed to enjoy what they were doing and worked well together. They provided extra special treatment as we were celebrating two birthdays. The food was sensational!! We started with the Wagon Wheel sampler platter which was delicious! The salmon & steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The sides were amazing (we had a variety between the four of us) and the birthday cookie with ice cream was scrumptious!! Our Waitress Debbie was so friendly and efficient. She timed the courses perfectly. We had time to enjoy each course and not feel rushed. Jackson is the best Busboy we have seen! He was on top of clearing the dishes away between each course - not only for us but the whole place! I don't think he stopped the entire time we were there! Very courteous and cheerful. I don't often provide this much detail - but the amazing evening at Black Angi's warranted it!

We participated in the Bourbon Experience for the first time. It was a wonderful time with good service, good food and great value. Patrick the manager was wonderful. The cook , bartender and server were fantastic. Highly recommend

The restaurant could use some remodeling. The bathroom was not very clean and the sinks need to be replaced. The flooring throughout the restaurant needs to be replaced as well. Be prepared to have dinner take about an hour and a half to two hours. Don't get the top sirloin. It was very chewy and not tender at all.

My wife and I went to Black Angus to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a zuccini appetizer (delicious) and two ribeye steaks. Originally, we were told that the restaurant had run out of bone-in ribeyes, but the boneless ribeyes were more than adequate and were expertly prepared. Our waitress (Marley) was at the top of her game and made us feel welcome by providing excellent service. When she learned that we were celebrating a birthday, she provided a large, delicious chocolate chip cookie ala mode with a lit candle on top. There are a large number of high quality restaurants in the Spokane area, and we will always consider Black Angus for future special occasions.

The kitchen was very slow this time. Our waitress was super friendly. The food is always good and consistent although the portion sizes have gotten smaller and prices have gone up.

We had dinner with another couple and had to wait a little while for drinks. When the other couple arrived we waited a while for their drinks as well. We then ordered our food which was really good except both of the people that ordered the steak, lobster and shrimp special dinner did not get their shrimp. We never were able to tell the server as she didn't come back until dinner was done. Our dishes were never picked up until the evening was done. Overall the service was not as good as in the past.

A very good experience. We shared a porterhouse steak with a crunchy shrimp appetizer and both were excellent. The waitress was very nice, a bit busy, but nice. She even allowed us to use two expired coupons which kept the bill really low. For a chain restaurant, they do a really good job.

We went early to beat any dinner rush. Arrived at 4pm and were sat promptly (we had a reservation just in case). Our server was super sweet and listened/conversed with my daughter. She's only 4 and loves to be included in everything so it meant a lot to her which meant a lot to us. Amazing service, great food. Was a little weird when they turned the lights down randomly, but our eyes adjusted fast
