Bought chocolate bombs. Never tried them before. They looking great, but...oh... they are super-over sweet - we can't drink it at all. We tried one bomb - one sip and left it (can't drink). Simply don't have courage and willpower to take so much sugar.One star for good looking product (good presentation), but it's a display product, since it's impossible to consume it, because the sugar level go off scale.

Got a piece of rocky road fudge. Hard as a rock absolutely disgusting and stale says fresh made on the packaging that's a lie! The employee working was extremely rude!

I went in today and got 1/4 pound of fudge. When my daughter and I went to walk away, I noticed that it was pretty hard. I took it back in and mentioned that it is hard, not being rude but it is $7 for 1/4 lb. She said they are all like that, grabbed the others and showed me and that was it? Ok, maybe it's just hardened marshmallow....so I get to my car and there is a weird patch of plastic with the Big Bear sticker covering up a huge hole in the package ? Super ridiculous when the products are the prices they are!
The best ever Peppermint Bark! Can't wait to try other items.

I usually love Big Bear Chocolates and am particularly fond of their caramel apples (the apple pie flavor is favorite), but the last three apples I have bought from them (two were purchased just two days ago (8/16/22) and one a month and a half before (6/4/22) the core of the apples was rotten and there were brown spots all over the apples. I didn’t think about taking pictures or contacting them until after we had already eaten what we could and discarded the rest (not sure if they should have been consumed at all but I cut off what I could of the brown spots although the flavor was much more sour than usual). It is definitely disappointing paying gourmet prices for a rotten apple. I gave them three stars because I feel that they would have handled the situation fairly and I would have most likely been reimbursed if I had shown them pictures of the apples. However, this has happened enough now that I will be taking my caramel apples needs to Pete Belles from here on out. I would still recommend Big Bear Chocolates for their other products as they have a great staff and I haven’t had an issue with any of their other products.

I've been working with Julie to create a custom order and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The products are a 10 out of 10. We loved the Huckleberry Apple and The Chocolate Dipped Oreos!!!. Julie went above and beyond to meet our needs. I love this business!

The service was great but there was one staff member in particular that was an absolute nightmare. I’ve been a regular for months now and I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that brandi, has treated other staff very disrespectfully and it makes me truly sick. The way she talks over colleagues, openly criticized them for their decisions and ignores them when she is upset. I would have let it pass if it was maybe a one time occurrence but it’s almost every time I visit. I’m truly saddened because the ladies that work there are always such angels, it’s a shame that she’s bringing them down. Along with that she constantly tries to talk to me, I’m only in there for maybe ten minutes and in that span of time she’s already approached me four times. It’s very unprofessional. I’m afraid I won’t be coming in as often anymore because of her behavior.
