This is my favorite coffee stand in town. Their coffee tastes the best to me and i love the little ice. The staff is very special and extremely friendly and caring. They have an excellent attitude EVERY TIME and they are very speedy and considerate! So nice.

I placed an order online, they didn't have the right size cup which is fine, but they didn't make the drink right. I am very disappointed in the service could've at least made the order right.
They were great til this year, 2024. Last time I went and was in line for between 10 to 15 minutes. After receiving coffees the car ahead of me continued to talk talk talk to the employee. Finally they left and I complained to the girl who made my coffee and she said that it was the owner and she apologized. Couldn't believe it. 3 cars on other side were waiting only one person to make coffees and the owner takes up her time like that. Today when I made the mistake of going I order a huckleberry bliss that was simply off white color and tasted like watered down milk with a hint of white chocolate, horrible.

Ordered via Uber Eats. $7 for 1 slice of deli meat and some cheese. Payed for cream cheese and never got it. Asked for an Americano and got a latte

I've ordered coffee from Blissful well over 20 times through GrubHub and I've always been very satisfied with how great the coffee is. However, after today, I won't do business here again. There isn't an option to add a splash of cream to an americano on their app, so I simply add a note asking to please add it due to not having said option. I get a message from GH stating that Blissful literally charged me extra $ for the cream... In an americano.... I didn't ask for "extra cream." If that were the case, I would understand the upcharge, but I just asked for a regular amount that anyone would ask for in their drink. I tried to call the shop on Trent to discuss this matter, however, it went straight to a full voicemail twice. The cost of the upcharge itself isn't the issue.... it's the overall idea that it's ok to price gouge in such a tight economy to a loyal customer. Won't be back.
