Well, just read his responses to negative reviews and you'll understand why he needs one! Some might see his responses as mean, juvenile, boorish. Personally I think the man needs some love! I mean, he could respond to the negative reviews, defend his staff, explain the situation, etc. in a straightforward, professional manner, instead of responding like a bully. But he doesn't! So he must need a pat on the back, a look of acceptance, or a word of encouragement, right?! Help the man! Eat a burger, give a hug!!

The wings are absolutely amazing. Some of the best you will ever have. Burger and fries were also extremely good and well cooked. Get the magic beans- just do it and thank me later. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

I love this place. The food is amazing. We've had our ups and downs over the years. One being can't order ketchup on child burger. They even get offended. No problem though. They put it on the side. Another was when I ordered my salad with no bacon. The server made me tell them what I DID want instead. Which was five ingredients...... okay. We've come to understand its a take it or leave it. That really is clear just reading reviews. We've chosen to take it over the years. The burgers are the best in Spokane in my opinion and I love the atmosphere. After last night we now unfortunately have to leave it. We have 2 kids and when one kid meal with a slider cheese burger, French fries, one fry sauce and a strawberry lemonade cost us $18.25. My daughter is 6.... sad to say we won't return. We can't afford it. I've never spent that much for a kids meal. Sad. I hope you continue to thrive though Boomers

First timer here!! We loved the atmosphere and the food! Our server told us he was newish, but i Never would’ve known he was new if he didn’t mention it. He was great. I got the WANGZ, wings are my absolute favorite food and these were delicious! Stormin normans used to be our go to spot for bar atmosphere with food, but you guys will be our new go to now! Can’t wait to be back

They present themselves as a "gourmet burger restaurant," but what is gourmet about ground beef and bread? Order your burger medium well otherwise it will be raw in the middle. If you order a mixed drink, they use oversized glasses- to shot ratio- and water down your drink with ice. And be prepared to wait an hour for your food. They were also out of certain things like name brand alcohols. The tables are small and it feels crowded inside, even with no one in there.

My burger was raw in the middle. Not medium, but raw. And it was sloppily put together, falling apart halfway through. I asked for a fork and the waiter seemed offended. The fries were overly salted, almost inedible. You don't get a bottle of ketchup, just small dish of it, maybe 2oz. I didn't get a straw with my mixed drink and it was watered down with ice in an over sized glass. I asked for another napkin and the waiter rolled his eyes, "Sure!" How rude.
The BEST place in town for a great atmosphere and the most amazing food. Highly recommend if you're lookin for a fun time.

I love this local bar and restaurant! It is located in the historic Greenacres Shopping Center. Beyond excellent food, good prices, friendly staff and the images on the wall of Rock Bands and Rock Icons are a nice way to enjoy great food and reminisce and remember all the good bands I saw! Support local! Give them a try, you will be pleased!

*Edit*Went to this place last night, and it was delicious! I got the burger that has Spam on it (don’t knock it till you try it ?). It was busy but I feel like the food came out at a reasonable time. I’ll have to come back soon and try some other items on the menu!I haven’t been here yet, but I started reading the owners responses to negative reviews…. and I love them ?? Love that you say what actually happened and stand up against negative reviews. Wish more owners did this for their business. Most likely all of those reviewers have never worked in any industry business before. I will be dining here very soon!
