I am so upset, I grew up eating bruchis and have never had a problem. But the Spokane valley location has done nothing but disappoint me, I'm not one to leave nasty reviews but when you give me food poisoning YEAH. I took two bites of my sandwich and what do I find in the middle raw meat. Of course I didn't finish eating it but it was too late. Never eating at Bruchis again, sorry to say but I can never trust again

Wife had a taco, and I had a Philly. Both very tasty. But what i really loved :
THEY HAD RC COLA! My favorite over both Coke and Pepsi!

So I swung by Bruchi’s craving a Philly cheesesteak, and honestly? Not bad at all. It’s no South Philly street cart, but it gets the job done. The steak’s decent, the cheese is melty, and the bread’s not falling apart in your hands—so, solid win there.
Then came the fries… and, well, they tried. Overcooked, kinda sad, and tasted like they spent too much time in the fryer questioning their life choices. Definitely not the star of the show.
But then—cue dramatic music—the lemonade. This thing was the unsung hero. Perfectly tart with just enough sweetness to balance it out. Like, the kind of lemonade that makes you stop mid-sip and go, “Okay, wow.”
Final Thoughts: Cheesesteak? Yeah, worth it. Fries? Nope, pass. Lemonade? Order two.

Philly cheese steak is really good, little expensive but good
Called in my order 1/2 hour before sandwiches were not ready when I got there, 2 out of 4 were not the correct ones and the ingredients of the sandwich was 2-3 inches from the end. Definitely a case of shrink flation!!!!! 60 dollars for 4 sandwiches they should be correct and a full sandwich!!!!

I'm not one to complain as you could see from most of my reviews and I'm a huge Bruchi's fan normally. And nothing about the staff, they were great and service was fast enough.
This classic chicken sandwich came to 9.14$ for a regular size and it was just ok and on the heavy side of dry and chewy from sitting too long maybe? I had water with it and it couldn't help choke this sandwich down.
This is from the store on East Sprague and I will take the longer drive to go to the Bruchi's on highway 41 as they are a lil less expensive plus they serve ice cream!! I may b back one day but don't count on it...

The young man taking my order was very excellent during this visit. The owner or manager was there with his friends or family all standing around the counter chatting while trying to order. After ordering my sandwich with some extras added on this man goes behind the counter and starts having the staff prepare food for him and his guests causing my sandwiches to be delayed like 20 minutes. And when I did finally get my food my sandwich did not have the extras I had on my order. I will never go to this location again.
