No lettuce? ? okay how does that happen? And the bread buns on my sandwiches is stale hard edges.. I didn’t get my dessert sticks I ordered so I won’t be coming back. I live over the mountains but in all my visits to Burger King this was the worst food experience I’ve tasted from a BK

I went through the drive thru. The fella at the window was so awesome. Might go back just because he was delightful. Grabbed lunch after my AA meeting. So my spirits weren't as sparkling as usual. Needed a pick me up. He was it.

No burgers available at BURGER King! Like seriously? How disappointing to go to a burger place only for them to tell you they don't have anything available except fish sandwiches? Close the whole restaurant if you are not going to have what you are meant to serve.

After door dash screwed up everything,including not even trying to get our food back, we finally went in. Manger on duty tonight was the best employee, hands down. She worked with us to make sure we got our food and was very understanding. Hands down amazing customer service. Good job Burger King putting her in charge!

Out of seasonal options on their menu but nothing blocked out on the menu board indicating that they are sold out, severely disappointed and I really hoped the new location would do better but I suppose not. Drive through operator was polite and direct at least and the location itself is well maintained. Surprisingly the food was not mummified like the last time I visit d, so that's a plus
Two drive through lanes built, but one blocked off leading to the line extending well outside the intended area. The most prominent menu items all sold out, and a long wait to even get that far.

Need to use a coupon for a decent price. If you are going to shrink the burger patty, then shrink the bun. The legendary whopper now has way to much bun. The whopper Jr. has a better ratio. Decent fries! If you're going to serve Coke, get a freestyle machine.

I stopped going to burger King many years ago after having an extremely bad experience, like 20yrs ago, well a new burger King opened up down the street, on Sprague Ave and my daughter talked me into giving it a try and let me tell you it was the best burger I've had in an extremely long time . In fact I don't think I've ever had a fast food burger near as good. I do not know if it was because everything was new or what but the Sprite tasted like Sprite is supposed to taste like and hant had a soda as good in a long time. Don't care how long I have to wait its well worth it to have the burger fresh .

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and received the smallest burger I've ever seen in my life. Literally 4 bites and was smaller than my palm. I will never order food from here again. This is absolutely pathetic!
