I learned my lesson not to get the biscuit and gravy it was just horrible quality next time I'll go for a breakfast burrito Carl's Junior here in Washington is just not what I used to like in California

Never been in Carls Jr. before.
First thing I absorbed when we walked in was an employee taking a break out in the lobby. Then we were looking at the menus on the wall.
The female that was taking a break, walked back to her station and put on gloves. NEVER WASHED HER HANDS.
The hamburger was under cooked. Greasy . Fries were ok. Not the greatest.
The price for our 2 meals was under $31. Not much food for that price. Over priced and under cooked.

Ordered a meal with a milk shake at the drive thru. Got the milkshake in 10 minutes. The kid who took my order said he was going to check on my meal. Only way I could to talk to anyone was to call the store 25 minutes into my order. 40 minutes goes by and still no meal. Asked to talk to the manager, manager, “David,” manager said he was going to call the store. I still haven’t heard back from the manager. Bad customer service and horrible communication. I used to go to this store in the past, never had an issue. After this experience, which I felt was cultural prejudice, I’ll never go back to this store and will pass this on to my friends and family.

**update** don't be fooled by the comment below every negative comment that the store has left. It's really just a show to make it look like they care or will attempt to correct any issues. They won't. You will waste your time filling out their form and include your receipt information and what the issue was, just for them to never actually follow up or reach out. It's just a nice little show so potential customers will think they actually care enough to fix their mistakes, but they don't and won't. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment.

Be aware that even if they repeat your order back 7 times because you asked for a plain double cheese ( just meat and cheese) what you will actually get is a double cheese no cheese with all the fixings. And if you try to call and complain they won't answer the phone. Not to mention expect to spend at least 15 minutes in line with only one car ahead of you, then another five at the window while the guy talks your ear off about how to check if a bill is fake. Do not waste your money or time.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Carl's Jr. The food took forever to come out — I was literally waiting like 20 minutes for just one burger. And when it finally showed up, it tasted dry and thrown together. Whoever was working in the back seemed totally out of it — super slow, barely paying attention, and honestly looked like he didn’t even want to be there. On top of that, there was a guy who gave off a really weird vibe — just made the whole place feel uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back to this location

The wife and I got 2 triple cheese burgers and 4 chocolate chip cookies for under 4! The young lady working the drive thru is always so sweet! Great staff! Great food! The best prices! Go get the app and receive your free burger just for signing up!

The burgers were both terribly overcooked, and the employees struggled desperately during an evening rush. Apparently the manager Jennifer has fired people that clocked out and went home at the time their shift was over, during an evening rush. Even though that is what they are supposed to do by law.

An employee, likely the assistant manager, explained this to his coworker in front of us while we were ordering our food. Not professional at all. But, I'm gonna guess that Carl's Jr. Pays it's workers minimum wage so I don't expect much when they are suffering poverty and working hard like they do.
