The burgers were both terribly overcooked, and the employees struggled desperately during an evening rush. Apparently the manager Jennifer has fired people that clocked out and went home at the time their shift was over, during an evening rush. Even though that is what they are supposed to do by law.

An employee, likely the assistant manager, explained this to his coworker in front of us while we were ordering our food. Not professional at all. But, I'm gonna guess that Carl's Jr. Pays it's workers minimum wage so I don't expect much when they are suffering poverty and working hard like they do.

Ordered a pickup. Big mistake! I got there when the order was supposed to be done. Waited another 10 minutes and watched a couple leave because they hadn't even been acknowledged to take make an order. Asked for my order, which was sitting on the counter by the fries. Then watched it go out drive through. So I waited another 20 minutes while they remade order. Got home and it was all wrong. Took it back and started all over again. There's a lot more to it but I give up. Won't be going back.

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes the guys working didn’t seem to be competent. The guy at the window. Sat the bag of food down as I sat and watched it sit on the counter after I had paid. For 5 minutes.

Well in order to five dollars worth of burgers and fries and drinks and ended up with a chicken club, double westerns, poppers and onion rings. Came back into the store to get it switched back to normal and wasn't greeted for 27 minutes. Still standing here 45 minutes later

Long line in drive thru tonight 2/20/25 and took forever to get our food thought it would be fresh cause of the wait time, nope burgers and onion rings were all cold, very disappointing 😞

Got a strawberry lemonade with my meal and the cup is a small full of ice to the rim for $4.00. What them what is this and was told its a lemonade. Made with ice to the rim a pump of syrup and water smh 🤦 feel ripped off .20 cents to make this and charged me $4 definitely not going there again.

i’m not the type to write reviews but, this time i ordered a jalapeño double and the jalapeños looked and tasted disgusting and when i went back for a refund they refused saying i needed my receipt but the thing is when i asked the manger shasha about pulling up my receipt in there records she said that she “didn’t have the time.” but the restaurant was empty. very poor costumer service and she was argumentative. also she said the jalapeños came in a can like that so this place needs a health evaluation asap!
