Chipotle Mexican Grill

How are you out of chips? 7pm on a Friday. Lobby was filthy, as I presume a manager was chatting with her phone out to other employees. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed by this location. Gladly will drive an extra 15 mins to the Argonne location next time.

As this is the closest chipotle to my house i typically order from here. If its not waiting 15 mins past my selected time to pick up my online order its something else. Last time i was in it was just the complete wrong order. As the food always seems to taste good it makes me think they are just understaffed, undertrained or just incompetent leadership. As im not one to typically complain just want them to know my personal experiences since coming here.

I think it is terrible that no one answers the phone at this location. My order was missing over half the items, and of course it was my children's items that were missing. Because it was a delivery order absolutely nothing could be done. The bag was labeled as of everything was there so the driver got the brunt of this stores mistakes. What's worse is the store does not have a live person answer the phone. Foolish, and genius I suppose, don't have a person answe and you don't have to hear the complaints of poor service, small portions and incorrect orders. You get an automated system that gives the run around and no option for help. Worthless and poor customer service

Do not do the chipotle lane, they always make the servings sizes tiny and miss items.

Thought it was a one time fluke but it’s been 3x in a row now.

The food is always delicious, five stars for the cooks! However. The line worker did not listen to my order, and gave me a huge portion of mild salsa when I asked for a TINY portion. The lady at the register was texting on her phone the whole time, and when my order was done, she SIGHED and said, “What is it.” Like I was a huge inconvenience to her. I get that it’s a holiday, but come on. You’re getting paid to be there, not to act like ignorant, rude teenagers. As someone who previously worked at Chipotle, this was disappointing and sad.

The best Chipotle I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few of them. The food has been fresh each time and the chicken wasn’t overcooked like some locations. The woman with the pink hair is the best burrito roller I’ve ever encountered in my entire life, she has some ridiculous skills. And that’s important, cause a bad roll makes it lame to try and eat. If you want Chipotle, go to this one.

I recently visited Chipotle and was very disappointed with the service. The staff was not attentive and seemed uninterested in providing a good experience. Additionally, they consistently gave me very small portions of rice and meat, which was frustrating given the price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location due to the poor service and lack of value.

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle. Ordered online and when I got to the window was told that they never received it. I pulled up my order receipt with my payment and the correct address. Was told to come inside and they would make the meal for me. When I went inside the manager (who was extremely nonchalant and rude) informed me that she wouldn’t in fact give me my food and gave me the number for chipotle corporate. The reason? Well she tells me that” we’ve had issues with the app and 4 people have had issues today and we gave them their food , but we can’t give food to a 5th person”

I’ve never been treated so unimportant by an established. If they treat more customers like that then soon the entire customer base will dry up. The manager is rude and uninspiring. I will never patronize this place again and neither should you.

My friend had a fly in her food, the drinks were warm, no ice, no napkins, no joy. How am I supposed to live, laugh, and love in these conditions?!

The food was not up to par with other Chipotle locations, the chicken was black and burnt, employees were rude, atmosphere was trashed with food everywhere and garbages overflowing.

Store is NEVER open on time. I’ve come many times and they’re never ready until after 11am. They give the smallest amount of guac of any chipotle restaurants I’ve ever seen. Please go to a different location if convenient and save yourself the frustration!

The rice wasn’t even cooked so disgusting I ordered two burritos and couldn’t even eat them when I got home because it was so hard. Took a bite and it was like they poured the rice from the box into the burrito and they only had one rice so I didn’t get a choice. So gross and I spent about $30 for garbage not happy. I wouldn’t recommend the food here it wasn’t fresh
