Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went here tonight and the place was in absolute shambles. Out of guac, brown rice, white rice, cheese, lettuce can't make this up. They had PILES 3 feet high of dirty pans on the table behind the counter, every flat surface in the place had cheese, lettuce, whatever on it like nothing had been wiped down in hours. Where you pay was absolutely covered in sauce, queso and various toppings that had fallen off other people's food that no one had bothered to clean up. By the time I got home with the 2 bowls I got for my family I felt like it would be irresponsible to eat them from that dirty of a place. I can't imagine their hot food was hot and cold food cold. Anyway, were out $20+ but I know we won't get food poisoning from that pit.

Food about as good as any other Chipotle, sometimes a little inconsistent. Usually fairly clean here.

Have had my order be wrong here a lot. And a couple of the employees here are just surly as hell. Consistently.

Like so many places lately, inside decor is basically corporate cafeteria.

I like Chipotle food, but between the mistakes in my order and the rudeness of a few employees here, I have quit going.

I asked the staff if they were serving free meal for vets on Veterans day and she replied yes. Then the cashier told me its buy one get one free... I lost 20 minutes in line for nothing. Not cool chipotle.

Awful customer service with the manager. Was super rude to me and snippy. The people who made my food were very nice. But the manager sucks and was super rude. Never coming here again

I came in at 10 on October 29th, only to be met with cold, old food, the meat was cold, the rice was cold, the guac was freezing and it all looked like it had been sat out for hours. It was my first time trying Chipotle too, definitely won't try it again. Extremely disappointed!

Always a 10/10 experience. I order a minimum like 3 times a week and each time food is great💯 I also order chipotlelane and my food is always ready and the workers always very nice even gave me some extra chips, that day was long and stressful and that small act made a huge difference. Keep up the awesome work and the window workers especially deserve a raise for their work. Will always be coming back

Worst food I've ever tasted. Service was rude and didn't say one word other than what do you want. The steak looked and tasted like canned dog food

This was one of the better Chipotle visits I have had of late. It seems like shrinkflation has hit Chipotle, I have had several not so great visits in the last few weeks but tonight was like the old days. My burrito was fat and full and filling. The staff at the Spokane valley store were on top of the night with everything available and ready to feed me, thanks guys

I was in to order the other day an over heard a conversation where the so called manager was using cuz words to 1 of their employees. Will not be going back. People should never talk down to any of their employees like that.

Have come to this place a few times, and the manager is kind of disgusting, she seems to be lazy and doesn't help her employees when they're extremely busy. I have ordered bowls multiple times, and most of the time they seem to be relatively full, but this last time was half full and slathered in guacamole. Well getting things situated in my car, I noticed the manager come out to her car while the store was still busy and sit there and hit her vape and watch her employees from her car. When she went back in, I came in and decided to grab a soda, her name is Miriam. I only did this so I could get her name. I am done coming to this Chipotle or any other, as your management and training is pathetic.

I I ordered tacos for two today, and once again they forgot to put in my sauce. But even worse is that both my wife and I got terrible heartburn and are feeling unwell. Usually, this never happens to us — and especially not at the same time!!!

Ordered a bowl. I no joke received a half scoop of rice and she tried to move onto the next ingredient. i sat and stared at her dumbfounded, and she finally asked if i wanted more. i was going to let it go, but she gave me small portions of everything else. okay whatever, figured i can just tell the guy at the register to help for next time. Nope he lectured me on how i pay for the portion of chicken and everything else just comes with. and that i can get a table spoon of rice and it would be fine. environment was not good, dude wasn’t a weirdo, and i don’t know why anyone would ever go there. and the food tasted bad. along with the rice being crunchy. this place sucks
