Came in the PM and the prson at the drive thru window was very funny and kind. Food was great- surprised with a free bag of chips in our order as well :)

Your employee, Izzy and the redheaded one that’s pregnant should learn how to speak properly to customers . Their rudeness is why I will never return again to your establishment. Come on 25 minute wait on To go order ticket, to be told we are understaffed and you the customer will have to wait longer because we are understaffed when there’s four of them doing nothing of any significant value one sticker at a time mentality. The redheaded pregnant girl has such a bad attitude and demeanor. She’s gonna get you guys sued one day.

I stopped by for a burrito bowl today for lunch was meet by the most rudest entitled employee. the pregnant one with red hair, stuck a gigantic ice cube of green salsa on top of my bowl and when I asked why it looked like it was frozen she gave me nothing but attitude I Had her take it off against her wishes but she still gave major attitude and then when I sat down, I swore I saw her stick her finger in the guacamole and lick it off . Never once did she ever wash her hands between jobs or licking the guacamole off her finger.

This establishment is one of the most wildly inconsistent places I have ever been to. It's the type of place where you need to ask for the work schedule to know if you're going to get a good meal or not. One time, the food is great and prepared to reasonable expectations. The next time, all the meat is in one end of the burrito, the outside of the burrito is covered in guacamole and sour cream, and the $3+ double protein order has the same amount as the single. Save yourself the hassle and go to Atilano's.

Be careful going to this one they charge more than all the other ones. They up charge me every time I buy here for a dollar more than the other sites for the same exact thing. It's 15 something at this store and at the store at the y 14.89 and if you go to the store on the lower side of division it's only 14.51. don't be fooled each Chipotle has different prices. Yet when you speak to their manager they say that all of them have the same price. That's a lie

They used to have very nice employees working there.From my last two visits I got worst service from employees they are so rude and unhappy to be there. I love chipotle but won’t be there anymore because of rude service. 🙁
Whoever is running that place they need to give some training to their employees or hire some nice employees.

Chipotle never disappoints! The ingredients are always fresh — from the cilantro-lime rice to the perfectly spiced salsa. I love how customizable everything is, and the portions are generous. Whether I’m grabbing a burrito bowl or a salad, it’s always satisfying and flavorful.

The service is quick and friendly, even during busy hours. Mobile ordering through the app is super convenient, and the pickup is always ready on time. Plus, the rewards program is a nice perk!

Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick and healthy meal. Highly recommend!

For my first time going there it was very clean and the staff was very helpful and had good attitudes. The restaurant seating area was very clean and inviting. I'll definitely be going back.
