They are consistent on the Lotus drinks I order. Other places have put too much syrup or what not and it's not good. The Lotus is all I've ordered here.

Not supporting a business that nickel and dimes you for everything possible. Light ice is an upcharge. Really? So your hot coffee sizes either are not the same volume as the iced or they are priced differently. Makes no sense to charge for light ice. That is absurd. Also the cold pour is like a dollar more. That means your getting an iced drink minus the ice. So you charge for no ice or light ice in iced drinks? Not understanding this charge. Maybe the owner can explain this charge and how it is a valid charge a business should be charging.

I go there regulary, unfortunately because it is close, and it seems without fail 9/10 times they mess up our order. It's ridiculous how no matter which employee it is it is always a gamble. I feel like I waste my money going there and we have decided to no longer return but jesus christ wtf. I've spend over 15 years in the f&b industry and hospitality and it is a joke. Train your staff.

You girls have always been so welcoming and the drinks and snacks are on par! I love the little quotes on the cups, some days I really needed those. Been a customer off and on(because of my location not yours) for 10 years! Keep spreading kindness and thank you for being my morning pick-up!

This was my second time through the stand, but my first time ordering food. I was already hesitant because I overheard the barista talking about how they keep raising the prices on the food/bowls and no one has even said anything about it. I ordered the breakfast bowl and could not have been more disappointed. It was $7.25 I think, and was a tiny bowl with all of the ingredients melted into paper. The cheese was at the very bottom of the bowl and stuck on the paper, the bacon was bacon bits and there was literally 4 bacon bits and only 3 pieces of frozen pizza style sausage. The potatoes were dry and even after hot sauce, I ended up throwing it away. If coffee is your thing, then stick to it because if this is the food you're selling for $7-8, I would just stick to bagels and muffins or something. The coffee and chai are okay, but it's a real turn off to see upcharges on the menu for simple things like whip cream, white coffee and light ice. I can get all of these things at other shops without paying extra. Despite being close to where I live, I will travel farther for better prices, food and coffee.
