Usually a good location, but this is the second time they've skimped me on chicken. Making a bad day worse, I guess I TECHNICALLY got four pieces. \\\\ Update: Added a star. Ordered a three piece and received four. It's still wrong, but I guess it evens out somehow.

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order came out quickly, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. The ice cream was perfect. And I want to appreciate the young man that took my order.

Everything was good, but we asked for ketchup & didn't get it, but we were literally there minutes before closing, so we cldn't get any, even though it only took us a few minutes to realize we didn't have it. Other then that, it was all good!!

So I went in to buy a cake for my friend's birthday, which was $50, which was crazy. They offered to put happy birthday on it, and as I'm waiting for them to write the happy birthday on the cake, they tried to kick out 2 girls and then 2 other girls came in, I followed them outside and started A screaming battle so all the employees decided to go outside. While I'm waiting for my cake to get finished by the time they all came in, including the manager. My cake had melted... So instead of offering to fix it, I just asked for a refund. I tried to talk to the manager after I left Because I was disappointed when I told her she was very unprofessional, on how she handled the situation... So I left with no happy birthday Cake, no cake and have to wait 24 hours to get my $50 back. I will not be coming back to this establishment......

Went to get a royal blizzard .10/10, tons of fudge and toppings
I used to go to Dairy Queen and have no issues but now when I go to Dairy Queen, they’re always forgetting to put stuff in my order. For example I went there last week and I ordered the chicken strip basket with country gravy and fries and they didn’t give me country gravy the chicken was cold and the fries were cold as well And I had two orders of this, and I also had two orders of blizzards. We had to call them and tell them how we just paid over $30 and the food is completely cold and we’re missing fries and the blizzard that I got was supposed to be the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and they literally just took vanilla ice cream and put some brownie bits in it. The ice cream was white and this is not the first time of me ordering this blizzard is very disappointing. They told us that if we want country gravy, we can go in the drive-through line just note that we were already home and we told them this and they did not tell us that they could give us like new food or anything even though it’s completely cold. I live like five Ish minutes away from Dairy Queen so The food shouldn’t even get that cold that quick and I had it in the thermal bag. It’s just annoying you know you pay over $30 and it’s cold and it’s not even made correctly. We didn’t even get the ice cream changed or anything. I’m just never gonna go there again and top it off I Got food poisoning from Dairy Queen.

The BEST DQ in town hands down. They are so friendly and accommodating. I have a rather unique blizzard order and its kind of a pain in the butt for them but they always make it with a smile... and since moving to the area they already know what im going to order lol cant beat that!

I don't know what place gets upset when you put in an order. The guy in the Drive-Thru sounds like he hates his life. Has no customer service throughout any part of his body. It's sad when the customer gives more customer service than the actual business.
