Ordered 2 blizzards and a 4pc Buffalo chicken box. The chicken was absolutely RAW. That's after waiting easily 30 mins for our food and over 20$. This place needs to close like China Buffet and give us somewhere that can actually cook food properly.

Not the best experience tonight, sat in the drive through ignored for a few minutes before we are answered by a guy very shortly. He said maybe 4 words to us? We order and pull up behind the one car at the window, where the gal seemed to be having a very nice conversation with the car ahead of us. As soon as we pull up, we are once again spoken to very shortly, and the window is repeatedly slammed in our face. I understand keeping it closed in the winter when it's cold. However, we had just watched the employee leaning out the window for a few minutes chatting with the car ahead. If there wasn't such a stark difference in treatment between the car ahead of us and us, I wouldn't have thought twice about it. I am in restaurant management, and I know how it can be stressful working through a dinner rush. But there was one car in the drive thru and at least 4 employees standing around chatting. I dont understand why customers are being treated poorly for no reason? Also, as icing in the cake, neither of our blizzards were flipped. But I figured that would just make the girl in the window even more irritated if I pointed it out 😂

Why is this place closed the night before thanksgiving? Everyone works the day before thanksgiving. What in the heck? I guess this place doesn’t care about making money. This is so far backwards that it makes zero sense. Unbelievable.

Always reasonably priced and feel like you get a good amount of food for what you pay. +1 for Hot Fudge Sundae with combo. Burgers and fries aren't overly greasy.

I don’t normally give enough of a crap about silly stuff to say anything but don’t mess with a gals sweet treat. I ordered a misty freeze and the girl gave us a blue raz slushy. My boyfriend asked to get the misty freeze again and I’m 99.9% sure this girl just stirred in soft serve cause it’s hella chunky and way more slushy than soft serve So I’ll be here with my chunky separating slushy. Thanks homies

My wife and I came in for the national ice cream day promotion.
We could not figure out the DQ app for the life of us, so we decided to just try ordering at the front desk and were hoping the workers would still be able to give us the promotion.
No manager was present at the time, and the customer in front of us in line was having a similar issue, but she was being noticibly rude to the counter worker. Colby was the employee helping her, and he handled the situation wonderfully on his own.
Similarly, when it was our turn to order, Colby graciously helped us and we completed our order. Ice cream on the hottest day of the year was a success thanks to Colby.

Haley was working the drive through and had the personality of a sloth. Absolutely zero customer service skills. This is why I usually will go out of my way to go to the one on Pines. Is it too much to ask for someone to sound like they care about taking your order and helping you? I worked at DQ for my first job at her age and if I had treated customers like that I would have been out of a job.
