Food was alright. The service is the issue and it never used to be. Seems the girls working would rather visit and stand at the bar then take care of customers
The rumors are true: these folks have the best fish and chips in Spokane! It's the closest I've found to coastal seafood in the inland northwest. Great atmosphere too.

A nice neighborhood tavern open for breakfast and a cocktail, sleepy and tranquilo in the morning with great service.

I've been going to Dave's for years and have always loved the food. Unfortunately in the last couple of years the consistency of quality has changed. 2 for 1 Monday is still a hit for the bacon cheeseburger, Thursday ribs are hit and miss but have gotten more consistent. The halibut is always great on Friday and is now offered on Wednesday. All in all Dave's is still a great place in the Valley for a good meal.

Crew has gone extremely downhill. Our waitress needs to avoid working in the service industry. The rudest most unprofessional experience i have ever had from beginning to end. Didn't get her name because I was more focused on getting out of there but I also witnessed her disrespect a different table of 5 elderly people just because they sat at a table she hadn't wiped down yet. Hopefully the tips here aren't split because everyone is losing out on money because of her.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. What's not to love? Dave's is a staple in the Valley, and I've enjoyed every meal there. Usually I get an omelette, but today I split the German sausage special with my wife, and the flavor was on point, with enough food for us to have some leftovers.

Aaaaak!! Bartender was eating while she was working, no gloves diving into the asparagus and bacon. Worst hash browns I've ever had, half of them were like rocks and it seemed as though they've been sitting around for about 30 - 40 minutes. Omelette was okay. Considering they offer breakfast without hash browns as a discounted option I thought the bartender might take them off for me since I brought it to her attention but she didn't and when I brought it to her attention that I wasn't going to tip because she didn't offer it she said she wasn't going to do that for a little bit of potatoes.
Riiiggghhht 👍
The principal of the matter what so far above and beyond $2 for the hash browns.
