Poor service.
I’ve been eating at De Leon Foods for over a year now, and you learn a lot when you pay attention. Like how white customers get their food brought to their table, while non-white customers are just expected to grab theirs from the counter. Like how some customers get served promptly, and treated with genuine hospitality while others get something noticeably different. It’s disappointing to see a business pick and choose who gets good service. It’s disappointing to see a business that claims to embrace culture and community so blatantly pick and choose who gets good service. Is customer service only reserved for certain customers, or is it time to start treating all paying guests with the same respect?
Way overpriced for mediocre food. It's no wonder you pay before you sit down. They got my order wrong and then didn't give me any sides that I had requested and already paid for. Had to request for my order to be corrected and to receive the sides. I paid the same here as I would a nice sit down Mexican restaurant. They offer no free chips and salsa as many other Mexican restaurants do, no service, okay food and also only fountain water that was so bad I decided not to drink, in total...yikes. Beware.

Go find a nice sit down Mexican Restaurant. This place is a rip-off and not worth it.
The food was pretty good, chicken was tender and had good flavor. However, everything is overpriced, and the water tasted so off that I dumped it after a sip. You are paying the same for a sit-down place without the atmosphere, service, or chips and salsa. Plus, they can't get your orders correct. Ordered beans without cheese, came with cheese. Ordered Guacamole on the side, no Guacamole. The portions are small for the price as well. We normally have leftovers, but even my wife ate everything.
Also, my green sauce had kick to it. I love spice, and it usually has to have tons of heat for me to feel it, so take that how you will.

Today I went to buy bread and a girl who works there tells me to grab gloves because they can yell at you when you grab the bread without gloves. They don't have gloves there, not there, tongs to grab the bread, not trays, and she tells me to go to the cashier and grab gloves. One is not supposed to put everything there so that the client can take what he needs, clients do not know how to read minds to know that one has to ask for gloves, one is not going to ask for things for free and they serve us in that way. abrupt Better put the things that customers need where the bread is and when you have everything there you can gladly say something but at the moment no one can come and tell me anything if you yourself do not set the example
The very good tamales are what I buy the most there haha but everything is very good

Me and my mom and my wife went to the establishment a week ago and we had we all had the same thing chicken chimichanga combo plate and medium Horchata we liked it so much. It was excellent. It was delicious the portions was outrageous as a matter of fact we liked it enough to order it again tonight, but this time we had it sent to the house via Uber eats and I am sad to say that we received less than half of the portion that we received when we actually sat down in the establishment and paid more. I am not happy about this , I would love for the owner to contact me via email Tomburke [email protected] and tell me what are you plans to do about this because you cannot give a customer One thing well, they dining in your restaurant and a different portion size when they order it to be delivered I mean really W.T.F if you don’t make this right, I will never eat at your restaurant again
Best place to get carnitas, tamales and cicerones. They have so many Goya products including empanada wrappers, Maltas and so much more! Glad I found this place, I was afraid I would never be able to find good food up here in north Idaho lol
Parking: Nice big spots, super clean
Kid-friendliness: Kids have lots of options and love picking out their favorite treats
