Placed a order on 10/30/2025
Website and Google show a different closing time than the restaurant abides by. Never got the order as the restaurant was closed.
11/01/2025 called to request a refund for the order that was never received. Was told the restaurant is unable to refund orders. Owner called personal phone to berate and ask why we didn't call on Halloween instead of working and being with family. Proceeded to tell us to come to the store for a refund and when we arrived he was not there, and told an employee to call the police all over the request of a refund he refuses to honor.

He tells you to go to the website and contact corporate for a refund however the website states the restaurant is responsible for all refunds. This owner likes to cause more problems than fix them.

Rather than make their reputation in this town better this owner is intent on running this store into the dirt.

Goes to show you some places aren't worth giving a second chance to. Especially if the owner is more intent on berating customers than fixing the issue of him closing his store early and stealing money from customers.

Any owner who chooses to escalate rather than resolve is someone who shouldn't be running anything. No wonder dickeys has 0 people in the parking lot these days.

First time in and really was happy being greeted when coming in. Also one gentleman offered to do a half and half when I could not decide which one to choose.

First time going there after driving by for years. Just pulling in the parking lot you can smell the deep, salty, smokey smell of a good BBQ pit. Waited about 15 mins to get out picnic for 2 brisket meal and took it home. The meal was DELICIOUS! That brisket was out of this world amazing along with their sauces. Green beans were well overdone but had a fantastic flavor. Everything, including service was surprisingly amazing! Thank you! We'll be back!

Had the 2 meat plate driest chicken. I've ever been served and the brisket was barely better.

This location has had more owner/management changes than I can count. Every time I have come in, the employees seem very confused about how to do most anything, and often it has been rather messy inside, even at slow times. Some of the food here is good, but anytime I have gotten brisket it looks like they put it through a shredder rather than cut it. Portions in general are kind of small and the price is just so high.

I will note the decor is kinda fun. It is just sad because this could be a great place if it could get some consistency.

Poor dude was all alone and I brought in a big order. Kudos for helping me out and getting it handled! Food was really good too!

Didn't even know that the Spokane Valley location was open. Was greeted when I walked in, good vibes, good atmosphere. Had the brisket which was moist, tender and flavorful. All was good, glad they are open and I will be back.

The food was delicious, the service was great and the place is clean. The mash potatoes and the seasoned fries are the best sides and the brisket is incredible. I do recommend taking a sweater with you as it was quite cold inside but it was 94 outside when we were there so they are keeping the hard working staff cool while standing in front of the hot food I guess. I also must mention they have 4 different BBQ sauces, the original is my favorite.

If you’ve tried this place before and were not impressed, go try again! The new owner ship definitely shows! We went and the food was delicious. I had the 3 meats and all were juicy and delicious. I would however get all brisket next time because it was over the top amazing! The guy that served us gave it a a rib to try. He was the only one there because a coworker called out sick and he hustled to take care of us. We will be back

We Used them about 3 weeks ago for my Daughter's Wedding Reception. We dealt with the One in the Spokane Valley and paid for Buffet style service. We were told by Justin that the food would be hot and stay in Warmers and staff would be there around 3:00 pm to set it all up. Wedding Day came NO Food !!!! Know one showed up until 4:15 pm the food was delivered just dropped off by a staff member and was in cardboard boxes the mac n cheese was leaking out them .And the food was in aluminum pans. The wife and I had to set it all up which took time away from Us visiting friends and family at the reception. The food lasted about a half hr or less in the pans and got cold.Im Not a happy camper to say the least. The food was great despite all of the issues. They have reached out to us but havent made things right. Its been over a week and a half Very Angry !!!! Ok So it Has Been several weeks since u reached out to me I sent u all the Invoices I paid for the Catering. Sent u emails And Have gotten No response Back Real Bad Business ethic. I will never eat in any of your establishments ever again !!!! If I can deter one customer from eating there I did my Job. Next step is going to be an attorney !!! Dickeys u have bad business ethnic no responses back about anything U SUCK !!!!!!!!!

Best BBQ in the country... thats why they are strung ALL OVER the US

New owner is friendly nd gives off better vibes than previous owners. Good food, didn't wait long at all will be back 👍👍
