Ordered pizza here, they put no sauce on the pizza. It was like eating a cracker, idk how that even happens!? I checked the tag on the box and it did indeed say extra sauce on it. Also don’t do curbside here, they don’t care if you’re curbside with your flashers on and checked in for 10mins. You got to go in if you actually want your sauceless pizza.

We ordered from this location and didn’t receive our order for over three hours later. Management that was on, was as rude as can be. They answered the phone after my complaint, and wasn’t even apologetic. This is now the third time, we haven’t received our order. We only use this location, because it’s one of the few that delivers to our area. We agree with all the recent negative feedback, as they’re spot on. Not sure why, we keep ordering mediocre pizza and dealing with inconsistent food and deliveries. We just need to go elsewhere to order and pick up significantly better pizza and stop wasting our time spinning our wheels with this location. Take this review as you will, but we’re done with this location.

Ordered 2 pizza`s and stuffed cheesy bread, its a 50/50 shot to get the right pizza you ordered, this time they gave met the right pizzas but my stuffed cheesy bread was the jalapeño one, i called the store, the girl that answered the phone said she would credit my account, ordering again I mentioned the credit of stuffed bread,they had no record of my call or credit from them messing up my order, i have had it with this location and will order from any other pizza place or go to any other dominos location, even though this location is right down the road, no one seems to care at this location!

I used to actually love buying from dominos! Since my partner and I love it so much we decided to have her apply and work there. She was hired on and was supposedly going to get full time hours, instead she got less than 16 hours a week. Knowing this is how little they care about their employees and how mismanaged they are, I will never do business with this franchise again.

Jacob is an amazing closing manager and I cannot say enough about the quality of food, service and speed him and his awesome night crew alawys provides. Best Domino's I've had in a long time, time and time again!
This place had us turn empty handed twice, after we placed our orders via phone, by the time of pick up, they simply told us your order is not in the system. They could better train their stuff and not waste people's time....
The staff at the Dominos on Sullivan Rd, they are amazing, cheerful, polite, and very helpful

My family orders from this store practically every Friday night. Why? Mostly because it's the cheapest.
Besides price, it's very inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza tastes surprisingly good. Other times not. Sometimes the staff is friendly and competent. Other times not. Usually they get our (simple) order right. But not always.
One thing they regularly fail at is cutting the pizza. It's haphazard at best with some huge and some tiny slices. Often the slices aren't even cut all the way through--more like indents. We usually have to re-cut our pizzas once we get them home.
But we keep coming back mostly because, as I said, it's the cheapest. What more can I say?
