Domino's Pizza

Chris went over and above to give me excellent service. Upon his thorough quality control inspection, he felt the toppings on my 3 pizzas were a bit lacking. He offered a credit, a soda, or a new pizza in 8 minutes. I accepted the pizza and it was fantastic. While waiting in my car he brought out all 4 pizzas and handed them to me without having to come back in. I was extremely impressed by him, his concern, friendly attitude, level of customer service and professionalism. In my opinion, he's an excellent example, representative of your company, and deserves the highest form of compensation available. Thank you Chris. You're a Rockstar!!

I came in there on Friday 5.16.25. There was a really nice older gentleman in there. I ordered four pizzas. I only had $100 bill I was gonna have $67 change. The guy called him over a tall black haired kid to get some more 20s and the kid came over and said we don’t have change you can’t get your pizza. The older gentleman was really nice when I called to find out who the black haired kid was young man. They told me they couldn’t give out any names. The pizza was great, but that guy in there was very rude. It’s not very nice and he was very rude to the old man in there too that sad and broke my heart, and he just had terrible customer service. Promote the older gentleman in there he was kind and had good customer service

We came in pretty late and the worker was so nice! He was really friendly and they were super fast with our order too.

The need to pressure customers into tipping someone who only makes your pizza? Cooks get paid more than a waitress because tips are for waiters that are underpaid. The idea of tips is diminished and expected for everything then people don't even want to tip waiters now. I ordered and picked up my pizza myself, and their pizza is Not great.

Great staff they work hard to make sure you to get quality food! Every time I need to get something quick for my kids and I I come here great staff and service!

Placed the delivery order which tracks your order from the time of order to delivery. Order came out for inspection at 5:09 and didn't leave the store until 5:39. Pizza arrived at 5:50 and was barely warm. I normally order from the liberty lake store and arrives piping hot. Not sure why the order went to the trent location. Pick up from the trent location may be better than the delivery option. Airfryer saved our dinner.

Pizza was so dry and I only baked it 15 min and it was way overcooked even though it said 15+ min. Definitely not the best I’ve had

The owners need to change something. The last two orders have been extremely late. One which was pre ordered hours before for a specific time to be delivered. This one was 45 minutes late and cold upon delivery as well as tossed around and broken up in the box. Another which was ordered to be delivered ASAP was estimated at 27 minutes to be delivered. After more then an hour past the initial delivery we called for a refund and to stop the order and the associate hung up on me. I called back for a confirmation, she gave me the confirmation in a short tone. We will not be ordering from them again.

Domino's stands out as a reasonably priced pizza restaurant at a time when prices continue to rise in all areas. The quality of the food is good and the quickness they prepare it is fast. The employees of the East Valley Trent Ave. Domino's Pizza store are professional and friendly. I've been happy coming here since they opened their doors. I recommend.

Loved this place. The sauce was a bit sweeter than expected, but otherwise, really good ?.
