I love the prices at Dutch Bros! I appreciate that they don’t charge more for flavor! The baristas are always so friendly and quick. They rarely make mistakes there. The only downside is that the Spokane branches are owned by Kevin Parker and he donates republican.
Best coffee, upbeat staff (could be the caffeine), 😉 and usually a quick stop. Always a good stop for coffee!

My granddaughter absolutely loves Dutch Bros. She almost always orders ahead on the app that she has on her phone. However, this morning, we still had to wait well over 20 minutes for her beverage, even though we had ordered it on the way. I really wish they had better options for picking up these types of orders.
It would be nice if DB could have a regular lane for those who are ordering as they drive up and the other lane (or a pickup window) for those whose orders have been placed on the app. I believe this would streamline this process and make it faster for everyone involved.
Encourage your patrons to use the app for faster service. Maybe give a discount for such patrons. Maybe have other employees take the orders and just leave the baristas to make the drinks (at least for the super busy times).
I really enjoy the friendly people that work for DB, it seems like a fun place to work. I just do not enjoy the wait time, especially for iced drinks.

THE AUDACITY! First off who are they?!? HOT MESS! Messed up my little sister’s order. Chaos trying to remake it, multiple baristas more concerned with figuring out who wrote the order than what it was. I had to ask three times what a small peach ring with strawberry boba rebel was . Not rocket science! Asked for the drink back after seeing the her drinking it in the back seat while waiting, she’s 10. She has hand, foot and mouth currently so that’s gotta be a health code. Definitely don’t recommend going here unless you wanna waste your time get sick and have a bad moment.

The vibes!! The vibes here are truly unmatched. This place is my morning happy place, and the crew is genuinely the funniest and nicest around. The music is always on point, and while the parking lot and drive-thru may be small, they are so efficient it doesn't even matter. The crew makes it worth it every single time. Thanks for always making my day and for keeping me hydrated with my three large ice waters,stoppers and 1 straw every morning.🤣(I low key feel like you guys might hate to see me coming) but You all are what makes Dutch Bros great.💯❤️
I’m a Dutch fanatic! I love Dutch!! Used to go to Dutch in Oregon two times a day and then we moved for a year and sadly had no Dutch. Now we are back and we are able to visit again daily! Service is always friendly and super fast!!

We always have good service here. 🙂 Today I brought a crew of 11 teens through as part of a scavenger hunt and even though they were busy, they rocked it. From the gal who sold me the gift card in the morning to us grabbing our drinks in the afternoon, they made it a smooth process. I submitted the order on the app and Sydney (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) busted out all of our drinks like it was nothin’! We appreciate you!
