We bought this Seahawks cake for the Superbowl and couldn't have been more pleased. Once we put it out on display everybody at the party instantly started taking pictures and said it was the coolest cake they had ever seen. Best part was it tasted even better than it looked! Would recommend to anybody needing a cake for any occasion. We will be back! Thank you Courtney & Lisa for making what we brought the highlight of the party!
Staff is friendly. I got a Kobe themed 24th birthday cake for my brother, red velvet and vanilla. Was perfectly decorated and flavorful. I loved that the cake wasn’t dry and the designs were gorgeous. Worth every penny.
Disappointed is an understatement. We purchased several cakes from here before. This is what we picked up today for $75 for a gender reveal cake. We were told it would be covered in fondant question marks and beautiful writing. You all tell me if this is covered in fun professional cake decorating And beautiful writing for an exciting family gender reveal party. Everyone was pissed and really sad for us. It was nothing like we were promised
Super affordable, beautiful cakes! We've ordered everything from 3 tier Wedding Cakes to baby smash cakes, and they NEVER disappoint! The lemon poppyseed cake with raspberry filling is always a crowd pleaser. I can give them a vague vision and their execution is spot on.
If you've got a big event coming up, where your cake can't afford to go wrong, go with these guys!!
I ordered a cake for a birthday and it was perfect. I ordered by phone call and Kourtney was very helpful and pleasant even after I changed the pickup day/time twice.
The cake came out beautifully and tasted delicious. I got a tuxedo cake. The cake was moist and delicate and filled with raspberry. The filling tasted fresh and had a perfect balance between sweetness and tart.
I could not recommend a better cake business!
Less than two months prior to my daughter's wedding, Safeway had completely dropped the ball, and it was looking like we would not have a cake. I walked into this bakery on a Saturday almost in tears. Two months prior to a wedding is not when you want to try and find a cake! Mike asked how he could help me. I said forgive me if I cry, but I need a cupcake tower for my daughter's wedding and Safeway failed me. He thought I needed it that day, he started scrambling, letting me know what he had on hand, and giving me ideas of what we could do that day. I did cry then, and said no, no, I need it in August, he stopped and said, oh yeah we can do that! I then laughed with relief and said you are my hero! I went home, emailed him ideas, and we did a phone order. I live 5 hours away from where the wedding was. I had only been in the area to check in on some wedding details. The day of they delivered the cake set it up, and it was beautiful! The cake and cupcakes were delicious and exactly what I ordered. The best part. The price was beyond reasonable. I would have paid double at Safeway, and had paid more for a special birthday cake at a diffrent bakery the year prior. This company is a small business, with a fabulous crew who saved my sanity and my daughter's wedding day! I can't say enough good things about them.
Bro rude as hell on the phone, told me to just email them instead of wanting to talk
I ordered a coconut cake with banana cream filling and it was jaw dropping delicious! Thick but very soft and moist cake, no crumbly parts. The icing was even throughout. Beautifully decorated. You can bet I'll be back!
This was wonderful experience. I was late to order an engagement cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s party and they were so helpful. My guests ate the entire cake and more than half of the cupcakes and everybody was raving about the three different flavors I chose. Fabulous!
Absolutely fantastic! We ordered our daughters wedding cake and it eas fabulous! We highly recommend the lemon poppyseed cake with raspberry filling. The cake was delivered, set up and was absolutely beautiful! Thank you!

I waited to give a review until after 2 cake orders. My daughters giraffe cake was adorable and affordable. If you look close, there were some small flaws, but for the price, we were happy. We then ordered our sons cake. We thought it was a pretty simple design, so it would turn out amazing. But I just couldn't get over the flaws. There were just too many. They also told us a 12pm pickup, and my husband ended up having to wait an extra 20 min. Which was no big deal since we thought it was because they were just making sure it was done well. There were white flour spots, holes in the fondant, the nike letters went over the nike symbol, and the box was crooked in multiple places. It was just a bit of a letdown. I've included pictures so you can make your own judgement
I ordered a German Chocolate cake for my husband's 76 birthday family dinner. I asked if it would be a real German chocolate cake and was told yes. It looked like a German chocolate cake but when we cut the cake, it was a devil food cake with coconut and pecan filling. Not what I ordered or wanted.

I ordered a gender reveal cake on short notice and changed the shape and the colors at the last minute. The owner was so accommodating. It was delicious. I'll never buy grocery store cake again! And yes, it's a girl!

We were so disappointed in our experience with Happy Cake Co. We always like to support locally when we can. My husband and I got married on the 20th of December in a small ceremony to save money for a larger reception next year. We didn’t plan on getting a cake bc we had such a tight budget, but my mom wanted us to have something to freeze for our anniversary so she ordered us a cake from here to surprise us and make our day a little more special.
She ordered over the phone and then needed to make a change so she called back to change the writing on the cake. She asked the guy who she spoke to if she needed to email the information over and he said no and that he had it covered. My mom decided to email the information over anyway just to be safe. This was 1 month before the wedding.
The day of, my dad picked it up, he didn’t know what it was supposed to look like, but mentioned it didn’t look great to my mom later when we arrived to the venue. When she opened the box it wasn’t even close to what she ordered. Not even before she made the changes. We asked specifically for our last name in black writing and a certain font which they said they could do. We received an all white cake without our last name and the writing was not straight nor the font we requested. It almost looked like they forgot about us and went to the grocery store really quick.
At this point it was too late to do anything and we were all leaving town for the holidays the next day so we left it in the box at dinner, skipped the cake cutting together and just took it home. We decided we would come talk to them after Christmas. We had a few bites out of it, but ended up throwing it away because it just wasn’t very good anyway and by the time we got to talk to an employee, it would have been bad.
Dec 26th my mom went in to see if we could have it remade so we could freeze it for our anniversary or refunded. The owner had the most disrespectful attitude saying between “ALL of the calls and emails” he couldn’t keep up, and it was her fault. Mind you the cake wasn’t even close to her original order either... He said he would refund her if we brought the original cake in (a week later). He kept trying to make her feel stupid with snide comments…
Thankfully she stood her ground and didn’t accept anything less than a full refund which he eventually gave her after arguing with her and making her cry, saying we should just be thankful they even made it in the first place because they normally don’t even do things for “as cheap as $50”
As she was walking out he said to her “If they still have the cake you should try it because it’s really good…” as I mentioned before we threw it away because it was not very good…
The whole experience was just very disheartening. We had heard such good things and maybe this was a one off situation, but we have a reception planned for over 200 people next year and we will absolutely not be ordering from here again. We are also in the event community and won’t be sending recommendations here any longer after our personal experience.
Making a mistake is one thing. Things happen especially around the holidays, but to push blame and verbally insult another person as a business owner is another. We are incredibly disappointed.
Pictures of the email for clarification with photo examples and the cake we received.
