Love these beautiful babes! They get my order right every time & remember my specifically, long & hard order even if I haven’t been there in a few weeks. They’re on it!❤️🫶🏼🤘🏼 they always nail my redbull Italian soda mix (which is super hard for a lot of people!) There food there is pretty good to!

Hi :) In general, I don’t usually leave reviews for coffee shops, but today’s situation made me do it 🙈 Overall, I really like this coffee shop. The coffee and food are delicious (although there were times when the muffins were still frozen). The service is satisfactory.

Now, let’s get to the main point. I’ve been visiting this coffee shop for almost a year since it’s close to my house and the prices are quite reasonable. But!!! Over the last few months, I’ve started suspecting that I’m being overcharged or that tips are being taken without my knowledge. How did I figure this out? Well, from Monday to Friday, the price is $6.50, but on Saturday and Sunday, it’s $5.50 or even $4.50.

This isn’t some kind of promotion—it’s just different shifts. So, what does this mean? That one shift overcharges customers while the others work honestly? This didn’t happen just once. I don’t mind leaving a tip, but when I’m blatantly overcharged, I lose any desire to go there 😡 But that’s just the “beginning” compared to what happened today.

I always order the same coffee—one shot, oat milk, and sometimes a bagel with cheese (no egg, bacon, or cream cheese). Today, I made the same order (as always, they repeated my order). Everything seemed fine until I asked for a receipt (mainly to confirm my suspicions).

And, unfortunately, I was right (I’ve attached the receipt below 👇🏻).
• Extra shot + $0.25 (as I mentioned, I always get just one).
• Oat milk + $1.75!!!! When I’ve ordered coffee with my husband, this price for oat milk was split between two cups.
• Bagel + $0.50 for cream cheese (even though I specifically asked for it without cream cheese). They even asked me if I wanted cream cheese, and I said “no” 😩

Shame on you for overcharging by more than $2 for nothing. After today’s incident, this was definitely my last visit to this coffee shop!!!!

This location in the valley is very slow. They’re very rude upon ordering if anyone is there. White Dog and Duch bros is close to this location and make better drinks with better service!

This has to be the best coffee place in Spokane. The girls are always friendly, remember my name and my drink. If ever one needed a little sunshine in their day, this is the place to go. I can't mention my favorite person, because all would fit that category. You gals always make my day. my day

Barista, remember your drink orders and have it ready for you while you're in line! Love it, great coffee and they are all very friendly. I stop by almost every morning, and it's nice they remember what I get so I can make it work on time without a long wait!!!

I absolutely love this coffee place. When wake up call stopped selling some of my favorite surtain flavors because they no longer carried some of the flavors that are my go to, I had to find a place that carried my favorite flavors & I ended up falling in love with this coffee shop. All the girls listen to what I want & are spot on with making my drink, if it’s messed up or not just right they always fix it for me with out an attitude or any complaints. Very nice & uplifting coffee shop & some of the girls even remember my order, which is a super long order for just an Italian soda (even if it’s been a month or two since the last time I’ve been in, they remember me & my order). I don’t typically tip, but when I afford it I do here. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this coffee stand!❤️??
