I’ve never written a restaurant review; however, the way we were treated made me so angry.
We went to Hot Pot & Pho last night to celebrate our anniversary. The service was awful. The waitress consistently tried to hurry us out of the restaurant. Barely anyone was in the restaurant, so the lack of care was not related to being overworked. I’m pretty sure the waitress was hurrying our meal because she wanted to go home. It's rare to receive such an extraordinary level of food quality and personable service as you'll find here. Every visit we feel as welcome as family and enjoy interacting with the owner and staff, and every dish we have is truly amazing! I almost hate to share as I don't want to miss out on seating if everyone finds out... but it's just selfish to keep it a secret - do yourself a favor and pay them a visit!
Love this place and love a cup of pho they make very good pho and I always get the number 13 on the menu the Brisket and Rare Beef!! And love there Fresh Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls too
