We love this restaurant and their food — everything is always fresh and delicious. We’ve never had any complaints. Today we came with our son and decided to try a new dish. Unfortunately, he didn’t like it. One of the staff members kindly said, “No problem, let’s replace it with the dish he usually eats.” They didn’t charge us for the first dish and brought out the one our son loves. I just want to say thank you for the understanding, the care, and for making sure our visit stayed wonderful. We truly appreciate it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you haven’t been to The Hot Pot yet, prepare to have your taste buds and your sense of humor absolutely boiled in the best way possible! The food? Fresh, colorful, and ridiculously tasty — like a rainbow got invited to dinner and decided to stay. 🌈🍜
But the real showstopper isn’t just the food — it’s Thuy, our server extraordinaire! She was friendly, funny, and somehow managed to make boiling raw meat in a pot feel like a five-star performance. 👏
And then there’s Brian the robot, her trusty assistant! He rolled up like a futuristic butler delivering our plates with all the grace of R2-D2 moonlighting at a restaurant. Every time Brian glided over, we couldn’t help but cheer — honestly, I’m not sure if I was hungrier for food or for his next dramatic entrance. 🤖✨
10/10 would hot pot again. Thuy deserves a raise, Brian deserves a software upgrade, and I deserve another round of those noodles.

Never had hot pot before. I have had pho many times but got the Hot pot table for myself and I will say that it was the best food I have ever had at a restaurant! Plus that cute robot server! So awesome! Also felt very welcome and we serve staff is amazing and very friendly! Please visit and have the hot pot grill table! You will not regret it!

It was good. We got hot pot. It was like 85 for both of us. Including bbq pork appetizer and tip 20%. I liked the clear broth. Steven liked the hot and sour level 2 spicy. We got chicken for both but they had various protein options. We got rice noodles, but they also offered romen noodles. It comes with a vegi selection that has mushrooms, carrots, baby corn and greens. We both got full and had left overs. She said they make the broth in house.

We did the hot pot! It was fun and delicious. The waitress was very helpful. It’s a pot split in half over an induction plate. We each ordered our own meat and vegetables and the broth type and you sit there and throw stuff in! Veggies only took a few minutes. Meats and noodles a few seconds, like 30. Watching the robot serve food was an out of country experience! lol. I absolutely love this place, everything is fresh and everyone is family. Healthy and happy!

I'm from out of town and was craving hot pot and this place did not disappoint. They really care about the customer experience and I was very satisfied with the taste. I would come back again.
One thing to note is that the hot pot is not an unlimited AYCE buffet style, but the portions are solid, so you should be adequately full.
We had an amazing meal. We order 2 hot pod one chicken one lamb and tofu pho. Our server was super nice and helpful with the menu explanation. We loved the bubble tea coconut and passion fruit. Highly recommend.

If you’re in the mood for a delicious bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup. Look no further. Ask for Thuy! She’s the owner and inspiration behind the menu.
There’s ample parking in front and back of the restaurant. The place was very neat and clean, and theres even a robot server to drop off your bowls of hot soup.
Thuy made some excellent recommendations and we were not dissapointed. Crispy egg rolls, sichuan dumplings, seafood hot and sour soup and egg noodle soup which was loaded with delicious home made won tons, bbq pork and large shrimp.
If you’re in the Spokane valley area and you’re in need of some good home cooked Vietnamese food def give this place a visit.

Outstandingly great hot pot! I've only ever had hot pot in Seattle before, and I found those previous experiences underwhelming. My wife persuaded me to try this place, and I'm glad I did. The broth was fantastic, and the servings of meat, veg & noodles included in the base cost per person were more than enough to make me feel like I got my monies worth. The owners are very nice and more than just a bit cute with how much attention they paid to their customers. I even liked the little serving robot!
