The owner Thuy is a beacon of kindness, a true gem, someone who makes the world a better place by just being herself. Thuy and her family work so hard everyday and they are so deserving of their success. If you haven’t tried this place yet, I highly recommend it!!

Was here to try hotpot in Spokane, and honestly, wasn't disappointed. Look, if you are used to a specific hot pot experience, this is going to be different. Their soup selection is, odd.. but surprisingly good. No miso here, Plan on going with it.
This isn't going to be an all you can eat deL, and you're getting all of the veggies, whether you want them or not. It's a good mix, but not my preference. The meat is thicker than "normal" but is a really well chosen cut of meat, stays real tender in the soup. Also $7 per extra plate.
If you are proficient with chopsticks. Ask for them, it makes life easier.
All in all, my group enjoyed themselves. Plan on your party being 4 or less, and decide if you want a shared pot or not ahead of time.

For their appetizers, their pork banh mi sandwich, fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls, and egg rolls were amazing! My mom is from Vietnam, and I was raised in Little Saigon, Orange County. Trust me when I say everything was authentic. And the entire menu had English AND Vietnamese with descriptions, so you knew exactly what you were getting.
Hot pot for 2 was delicious! You each can order your own broth and protein while cooking them on the same table because the pot is divided. My boyfriend doesn’t like seafood but thanks to this, neither of us had to compromise.
Warning: Hot and sour broth (2 out 7 on their spice scale) is more like a 4-5 ? I had to tap out… Luckily, the servers and owner were so kind, they brought extra of my boyfriend’s clear broth for me - no additional charge.
Coolest of all: Our food was delivered to our table by a cheeky talking robot on wheels!! He had built-in shelves to carry our apps and hot pot ingredients. He was followed by our waitress who would transfer the many many plates of food to the table.
They had several dessert options including cheesecake, crème brûlée, and ice cream. But with all we ordered, we were too full to have boba tea or dessert. We’ll definitely be coming back to try their dim sum next!

Food was delicious and the owners were so nice! We came in with 7 people without a reservation and they kindly accommodated us. The crab rangoons are some of the best I’ve had and they make all their appetizers by hand! Also had the bahn mi, #13 pho and a seasonal cocktail and I loved them all! The broth was very fatty and rich. Highly recommend :))

Good food, friendly service and an overall enjoyable time. I recommend the spicy noodle soup. A noteworthy feature was their use of a cute service robot which was entertaining in its novelty.
They accepted our table of 7 without a reservation when other similar establishments refused us that night, so we were very appreciative of their patience, hospitality, and culinary skill.
My only (small) complaint was a forgotten pot of tea, but the exceptional quality of every other aspect made up for this minor mistake.
I would like to visit again!

First time here and will definitely be back! Id say my family is pretty picky about our pho and the broth here is the star of the show. The pork bahn mi was perfect! And the spring rolls tasted so fresh.Service here is friendly and efficient .The ambiance is low-key and casual, but that’s part of its charm. They have made return customers out of us!

We went during lunch rush, ordered brisket and rare beef pho with drinks and it was fantastic! Friendly, fast service. The only thing was my pomegranate martini was a little strong but not necessarily a bad problem to have. Would eat here again! The robot delivery is also super cute.
