My guy and I dined for the first time here and it was great! We had a reservation and although we were a bit early, Brian greeted us with a welcoming attitude and seated us immediately. Simone was the sweetest server, super helpful with showing us how the dining experience worked. The ingredients were beautiful and fresh, and the robot service was fun -- she talks to you! We ordered one clear broth and one spicy, both accommodated in separate sections of the hot pot. I got chili oil on the side, but didn't need it. Mine was spicy enough at level 3. Thuy came by to ask how the meal was, and we chatted at length with her and partner Brian. They seemed genuinely happy to meet us and that is so hard to find these days. We also love going to Thuy's other restaurant, the Mongolian BBQ which is better/cleaner/fresher than some other similar Mongolian places in the area. To-go containers are styrofoam, so just be cautious because we took ours home and the next morning the broth had seeped through the styrofoam, leaking slightly onto our fridge shelf. We turned the table pot off a while before taking to-go, but it may have been still too hot. Suggest they go with plastic to-go containers just to be safe. But with enough leftovers for another bowl of pho, it's like getting two meals out of the price of one. Overall a fantastic experience and we'll come back again! P.S. I read some of the prior reviews here, and we didn't have any issues that others did. Maybe this staff just needed to some grace after the grand opening to improve the service with a new staff. All went well for us in their second month of opening, no complaints from us!

Pho broth was the only thing good. The meat was gross. Whatever sausage they use is nasty, the beef was extremely fatty, and there were so many chunks of gristle in the spicy noodle pho. The spring rolls were a weird paste of chicken and carrots. Very expensive for yucky food. 1/10 would not

We got the bbq pork as an appetizer. It was really yummy. I tried the taro bubble tea (added coconut) and it was quite tasty. Our son got the kid’s chicken noodle soup which was basically a bowl of pho and he thought it was so delicious. I tasted it too and the broth was really yummy! I ordered the chicken banh mi. The pickled veggies were bomb and the bread was fabulous. My husband had the spicy noodle soup. And then he ordered the crème brûlée for dessert. I had a bite and it was good! Our son loved the robot that delivered our food. He kept waving at it when it came to (or by) our table, haha. We will be returning! (Picture is the kid’s noodle soup with chicken.)Edited to add: the staff was great and very friendly as well!Kid-friendliness: Our son LOVED the robot. And the kid menu had a great selection. He really liked the kid’s chicken noodle soup :)

Wife and I were excited when we saw this place open up when we were driving past a month or so ago. It's relatively new so we tempered our expectations a bit before we went, and we were so excited to see something like this in spokane. Normally we would have to go to Seattle for something like this, so we were excited to have something closer to home. That said, I dont like to think I have super high standards but I was a little dissapointed. The spicy broth was pretty lacking in flavor, and I was surprised how little broth was in the actual plot. The portions of vegetables was lacking compared to most hot pot places on th e west coast, given the pricing. The meat and vegetables were good quality, I only wish there had been more seasonings and sauces on the table. I think my biggest complaint is the fresh cut tomatoes in the hot pot itself? Like.... what? The wontons were standard, and the place was clean. Service was good, despite having to ask for chopsticks. Not sure why anyone would use a fork for that. The robot server was cute af though, and it brought me much serotonin.

This was a fun night. There is a robot that serves the food. Wonderful BBQ pork. The entrees for the small order was larger than normal. Very good portion sizes. Felt welcome on the way in and out....beef pho was very very good and the egg noodle soup broth was amazingly exceptional.

I have had the food here 3 times. I haven't done the hot pot. The pho broth keeps getting better and better. The bread for the bahn mi sandwiches was amazing. I think this is the best pho in the valley. The staff has always been great. The robot is fun to see go around, my son loves it. It's always busy and would recommend making a reservation for hot pot.

Food was soo good, we had hot pot and I got the spicy broth. Loved the BBQ pork as well. Our server was great but the host (who I assume is the owner) was very almost frantic, and was not good at communicating with customers. The decor is.. interesting. The robot for food delivery is cute though.Parking: The front parking lot is sketchy, but the back lot is big.
