They nailed my request of a bunless burger perfectly. It came exactly as it would have on a bun but in a substantial bowl with a lid on top. All the veggies and sauces were still included!! Perfectly done guys!! Thanks for meeting my needs!!

It's Jack-in-the-Box. An icon. I remember when Anaheim got its first JITB and we were in heaven. The food is superior to some other fast food outlets, not as good as others. I still appreciate actual lettuce tomato and onion on a burger and that's what you'll get here. The staff are always pleasant and it's fast. Bring back monster tacos!

Just drove through the drive through ordered egg rolls, loaded tots, spicy chicken meal, 3 lava cakes, and 2 regular chicken sandwhiches $50.00 in food got home went to distribute it to everyone and missing the spicy chicken meal except the drink and got 2 cluck cluck sandwiches instead of the good expensive ones I ordered.... can't go back tonight and they won't answer there phone so hears your review....

I went to this drive-thru on Saturday March 15th at 1:00 p.m. whoever took my order in the Drive-Thru was ridiculously rude! I could not believe the way she sighed aloud in the microphone. It wasn't even a complicated order, very simple . Obviously this person is taking her anger out on others. She definitely should not be working one-on-one with the public ever. Complete disrespect! The food was great and it probably didn't get spit in because I wasn't rude back. One would hope!

Usually my experience at Jack is great, quick and quality service. Not today. Went in to pick up my order. I could see it sitting there, but even after getting looked at a few times, no workers were acknowledging me. Until this lady finally looked at me and gave a very flat "Hi" with a snooty look on her face. I asked if I could just grab and go with my order and got asked "Well who are you." I told her and all I got was "Yeah, it's right there." Completely rude and lazy asf. Being in customer service myself, I know how things should be more conducted with customers, even when your personal day isnt going super awesome, and that was definitely not it. 2 stars, but basically 1. Absolute Sugar Honey Iced Tea on today.

Employees can't tell the difference between a bacon Swiss buttery jack and a classic with Swiss and screw up your order every. Single. Time. And when called they say "Oh yeah it's a known issue, sorry." But then they do nothing to make it right or make sure it stops happening. Worse order accuracy than taco bell in the 2000s

One of the workers are insanely mean they just don’t do anything that makes it a good place. When they take my order they are just rude and it’s like they just want to tell me to leave the store. They are always rude don’t go to this place. I think I heard one of the cooks getting frustrated talking about killing this is a weird place.
