I went to this drive-thru on Saturday March 15th at 1:00 p.m. whoever took my order in the Drive-Thru was ridiculously rude! I could not believe the way she sighed aloud in the microphone. It wasn't even a complicated order, very simple . Obviously this person is taking her anger out on others. She definitely should not be working one-on-one with the public ever. Complete disrespect! The food was great and it probably didn't get spit in because I wasn't rude back. One would hope!

Usually my experience at Jack is great, quick and quality service. Not today. Went in to pick up my order. I could see it sitting there, but even after getting looked at a few times, no workers were acknowledging me. Until this lady finally looked at me and gave a very flat "Hi" with a snooty look on her face. I asked if I could just grab and go with my order and got asked "Well who are you." I told her and all I got was "Yeah, it's right there." Completely rude and lazy asf. Being in customer service myself, I know how things should be more conducted with customers, even when your personal day isnt going super awesome, and that was definitely not it. 2 stars, but basically 1. Absolute Sugar Honey Iced Tea on today.

Employees can't tell the difference between a bacon Swiss buttery jack and a classic with Swiss and screw up your order every. Single. Time. And when called they say "Oh yeah it's a known issue, sorry." But then they do nothing to make it right or make sure it stops happening. Worse order accuracy than taco bell in the 2000s

One of the workers are insanely mean they just don’t do anything that makes it a good place. When they take my order they are just rude and it’s like they just want to tell me to leave the store. They are always rude don’t go to this place. I think I heard one of the cooks getting frustrated talking about killing this is a weird place.

I showed up yesterday and they weren’t busy. I walked inside where everyone working looked at me, but said nothing. I stood in front of the register for a long time, well over 10 minutes, and everyone just looked at me like I shouldn’t be there. I got no hi, welcome in, we will be right with you. I arrived way before half their drive through did, and they still couldn’t say anything or take my order. The employees walked by me several times, and still no communication. They had a creeper that showed up in a van that was walking in the back of the store, And even he made the whole Visit extremely uncomfortable. I just ended up walking out. I’m sure the food is as nasty as the employees working there so I won’t go back.
Christmas day dinner emergency and they came through. We had a huge order and they nailed all the details. Thanks for being open.

Unfortunately, I work nearby this location so it is the most convenient to try to visit. To be honest, I typically drive out of my way to go to a different one. Wish I would’ve done that today too. Lesson learned. This location doesn’t like to have customers and it shows.

Came in around 7:30pm or so and order 4 double cheese 4 large onion rings 4 large cokes and 4 medium cokes from the app. When I came in through the drive through and got my order I was missing 4 pinion rings. My onion rings were all the wrong size. When I mentioned that to crew members. The cook read the order wrong they were apologetic and they got right on it to get my order right. Not only did they do an excellent job. They were all very friendly too. 5 stars to all the crew members. That's why this Jack N Box is my go to restaurant..

Went into the lobby to order. No one around. Your two employees were sitting in a car outside, smoking. They didn't go inside until someone pulled into the drive through. I walked past them on the way in, and on my way out about five minutes later. Horrible "service." Guess where I'm never spending money again?
