Jersey Mike’s Subs

I walked in the store with my grandkids. We did not get any greeting as we stood at the counter no one said a word. They didn’t ask if we need anything. Another person walked in and then the staff welcomed. Him and said they would be right either way them. I asked the staff if I was invisible? He said he was so into placing the online order that he had. I let my grandkids order because my appetite was ruined. Bad customer service. I was so disappointed. I will never enter that place again.

Literally didn't srat making my sandwiches until 20 minutes after I got here. Then had to wait 10 minutes until they brought them out. Love the sandwiches, but come on! Slowest fast food worker I've ever seen BTW..

Jersey Mike's is by far my favorite chain sandwich shop. I've tried most of the menu and my go to is usually the Club Supreme. Their cheese steak and chicken subs are fire. The bread is perfectly done, not chewy or hard to bite through. I've only had the wheat, so not sure about the white bread. This location is no different than many others I've been to, but I will say they are the nicest and most personal.

Picked up another sandwich tonight. Adam took my order & did not get the young mans name that cooked the meat etc for the hot sandwich but as usual it was quick & friendly service & another great sandwich. Old backpacer Ron

The blonde lady that helped me, seemed to be looking beyond me when we spoke. It's evident that she doesn't like working here. Being curt does not win me over. Putting sandwiches on an open counter didn't help. I'm sure the sequence of this task is to tear the paper away , place on counter so that the sandwiches never come in contact with the surfaces. Just as we left she flipped her hair back and went on to the next sandwich.

I came in at 12:15 today for a DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready by 12:22. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes to find out that they just didn’t pay any attention at all. I’ve been dashing 8+ hours a day for over 6 months. This is by far my worst experience ever. Avoid this place if you value your time.

Was my first time having Jersey Mike's and it was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that I was supposed to get a free sub with my order but it may have been my fault, I used Uber eats and I thought the extra sub just came with it but I think I was supposed to actually add another one to my order?? Bummed about not getting the extra sub especially since the first one was so good. Food was great though, I ordered the turkey and provolone (Mike's way),a chocolate chip cookie and a root beer, and will definitely be getting more Jersey Mike's in the future 😊

I’ve always had good food here but I just want to leave a review because the guy who made my sandwich was so kind and had a very upbeat, positive attitude. I am currently pregnant and I really appreciate it extra. Thanks for making my day better.

Waited 35 minutes for one sandwich even though the shop wasn’t very busy. Also had the wrong sandwich given to me from this location in the past. Location used to be faster and more efficient.

Accidentally walked in 2 mins after closing when the doors were still open and got promptly kicked out by a rude employee. Absolutely fine with not being served, but he could’ve been nicer about it
