This location is really on the ball! They are quick and make the best mikes bowls ever! They actually make it exactly how I requested them ordering in the app.

George and his team are super speedy and absolutely dominated the lunch rush today. I was in and out no problem. Definitely coming here again!

Service is extremely slow. We’ve gone here multiple times & I will substitute the cookie in the kids meal for chips Today the guy wearing a mask (yes, in 2025!) at the register said he can’t substitute for chips. I’ve done it several times before with no issue.
The whole experience took over 20 minutes from walking in the door to leaving. There were only 2 other people in line with me. I heard the pickup orders complain they weren’t done on time & also had to wait long times. The guy in a mask who said he’d only been there for 3 months kept making poor excuses.
My sandwich I ordered Mikes way had too much oil & no vinegar.
Poorly managed franchise. Only 3 stars instead of 1 cause I usually enjoy Jersey mikes.

My sandwiches were supposed to be made without onions. I drove all the way back to the store to get them remade. I was not rude, mistakes happen, and I was prepared to wait. When I brought my order back in the girl at the counter was very rude. Then a guy called me up to the counter and proceeded to disect the sandwiches in front of me and tell me none of the sandwiches had onions on them. Then he changed his mind and said only 1 sandwich had onions and that he would only remake one of my sandwiches. All the sandwiches had onions on them, Im not a liar. If I am paying $40 for 3 sandwiches I expect that they will be made right. He was very rude and accusatory to me so I asked for a refund. I will not be giving Jersey Mike's any more of my business.

While in store, I witnessed this tall employee with glasses on commit cross contamination. Not once did this employee change his gloves or wash his hands in-between changing garbage bags, touching meats, receipts, and much more. I recommend to anyone that sees this to not eat at this location unless you food poisoning. I hope this reaches to the owner so in can be addressed immediately as this is nasty.

The only Jersey Mike's location i frequent. As a vegetarian it can be tricky getting non contaminated food from essentially all restaurants.

I visited the other day and the morning crew including Desiree, Emily and Serena were not only personable, kind and inviting they crafted a flawless veggie sub.

I didn't have to apologize for my order nor stress about having to throw it away after paying due to cross contamination of meat products.

The best Jersey Mike's and the best crew I've ever encountered. Thanks for being kind to me!

Had an order scheduled for 1:53, got it at 2:19 and an entire family of 5 that had shown up at the same time as me ended up getting their food first, as a walk-in. Then, instead of fulfilling orders, the worker walked out from behind the counter and went to talk with the previously mentioned family of five as they were eating, no customer interaction from the employees you have to make yourself known, if your gonna eat at Jersey Mikes just do a walk-in because they’ll serve you first if you do.

Sandwich was smaller than a regular subway and thats just sad.... Since I ordered it with no veggies there was just the 2 pieces of meat and piece of cheese inside
