Food is good but their delivery drivers take forever. My last two orders, weeks apart took over an hour to get here. Thats longer than a pizza. This time the guy thats answered the phone saying the driver took it with 7 other orders. Are you kidding me. Dont get delivery from this place. Do not eat hot sandwhiches that took and hour or more to get to you. Bacteria starts it need to stay tempature.

These people are AWFUL! I pre-ordered my lunch for it to be to me on time and it wasnt here, they did not call to let me know my order would be running late, they then said they are black listing me from their place of business because I dont know how food service works when I have indeed worked it before. I am left with no food that I ordered over an hour ago, I will be calling their corporate office.

I had ordered online and expected a small wait time. I got notification that my food was out for delivery and after 30 minutes I called to see what was going on. I literally live 3 minutes away. The person who answered the phone was rude and literally told me 'drive yourself' cuz I said it's asinine to go over 30 minutes for a 3 minute drive. (Yes I can drive myself but I also have small kids and I paid for delivery.) When I asked for the manager he said he was the manager and said he has to 'deal with people like me all the time expecting free stuff'. Never once did I say anything about free stuff. I asked for his boss and he said call back on a weekday. Almost hung up on me when I asked his name. Troy is rude as can be.
4.13.25: First time in this shop and stopped here for a quick lunch before our almost hour drive back home. We walked in to a brightly lit atmosphere and we're greeted by the smiling cashier. I'm still fasting from all meat so that leaves me with getting the Veggie sandwich. I didn't mind since I was actually craving some fresh veggies. The veggie came with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, double provolone, and avocado spread. I didn't add anything extra and kept it a basic sandwich. Even though it sounds pretty plain lol, it was really good and hit the spot. The veggies were fresh and green, the cucumbers crisp, and the tomatoes were ripe and not too juicy nor withered looking. I was going to add onions but I'm glad I didn't. The avocado spread gave it enough zest without being overly seasoned. I'm a fan of carbs and love their in-house fresh made bread. It was soft with no signs of staleness. There's not much to a veggie sandwich but it can easily be ruined with not fresh veggies or overly ripe tomato/cucumber. I'm happy to report my sandwich was spot on and so was the friendly service. All in all, the workers I saw were working hard during lunch hour and deserve some kudos.

I ordered a sandwich here thinking it was argonne right before the place closed. The employee working there that answered the phone on 3/17/25 called me back to make sure I would pick up my order before closing the store! and I ordered it to the wrong place, they where courteous and nice about the whole encounter, me ordering late and me totally messing up and ordering to the wrong location. five stars!
