Sullivan Jimmy johns was very disappointing. I usually visit Jimmy johns on mission. They always do a great job. The one on Sullivan i will avoid. I ordered a turkey sandwich, it was not made like I ordered. There was one small swipe each of mustard and mayo only in the very center of the bun. The sandwich was dry. No pickles when I ordered extra pickles. There was only turkey on 1/3rd of the sandwich. My daughter ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I honestly thought I had her sandwich.

Everyone was very friendly when I came in, three separate people greeted me. Place was very clean, even with them being kinda busy. Happy that Jimmy John's had hot sammiches now. Prices are really reasonable for what you get, and my food came out pretty quick. Definitely going to stop here again when I am in the neighborhood

I went in today 9/11 around 12:30. The place was packed for lunch hour. Just wanted to give props to the team because it looked pretty stressful but they stayed focused on getting orders out as quickly as possible. I was expecting the order to be sort of thrown together in a hurry, but the sandwiches were fantastic. I also visited this location last week and got the best JJ’s unwich I’ve ever had. Thank you guys!

Have only had good experiences in here, people have been chill and nice and make my sandwich quickly.

I ordered a chicken, bacon , ranch without lettuce. It had very little chicken (I had to look for it), and it had lettuce! I also ordered a number 12 and it was toasted, I didn’t order it toasted. 😣

Very fast whether you order in person or over the phone. We use the one on Sullivan never had any issues. Clean store friendly employees. Big fans of the #12 Beach club unwhich, and the Big John (roast beef)

Not sure what’s going on with this particular JJ but only one of the last 5 orders I’ve placed on the app were correct. I’ve had to call in twice. They gave me an in store credit that I most likely wont use. I’d just really like to see attention to detail when executing their sandwiches. Manager didn’t seem to care when I talked to him.

When I walked into the establishment, people working there had music playing over head with inappropriate and foul language with racial slurs, definitely not family friendly.

Sub # 1 burnt.. so hard i couldn't bite it. They replaced it with a SLOPPY MESS
Sub#2 No cheese and not heated
Asked for it heated. They said no.
My son is absolutely angry.
The heavy set woman making subs needs to be the cashier. The manner had no excuse to torn us down.. business lost..I Isaiah visit 2xs a week. Not now.

We placed a pickup order tonight, 01/31/25 at about 20:15. My wife has a fairly complex order and they nailed it! Appreciate ya gents!!
