I ordered a chicken, bacon , ranch without lettuce. It had very little chicken (I had to look for it), and it had lettuce! I also ordered a number 12 and it was toasted, I didn’t order it toasted. 😣

Very fast whether you order in person or over the phone. We use the one on Sullivan never had any issues. Clean store friendly employees. Big fans of the #12 Beach club unwhich, and the Big John (roast beef)

Not sure what’s going on with this particular JJ but only one of the last 5 orders I’ve placed on the app were correct. I’ve had to call in twice. They gave me an in store credit that I most likely wont use. I’d just really like to see attention to detail when executing their sandwiches. Manager didn’t seem to care when I talked to him.

When I walked into the establishment, people working there had music playing over head with inappropriate and foul language with racial slurs, definitely not family friendly.

Sub # 1 burnt.. so hard i couldn't bite it. They replaced it with a SLOPPY MESS
Sub#2 No cheese and not heated
Asked for it heated. They said no.
My son is absolutely angry.
The heavy set woman making subs needs to be the cashier. The manner had no excuse to torn us down.. business lost..I Isaiah visit 2xs a week. Not now.

Terrible location for delivery. I'm a 2 minute drive from the shop and every time I order it takes 30-60 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered. Placed my order at 12:33pm today and received it at 1:36pm. Called the manager in the past a couple times about this but they don't care. For all the trouble I asked about getting a coupon for a free sandwich to which I was basically laughed at. Maybe if the owner of the franchise knew about the long delivery times and future missed sales from this experience they would get this issue fixed. Hire more drivers during the lunch hour. Not sure if the $2 delivery fee is paid to the drivers or not but I tip less with the delivery fee. Maybe they could hire more drivers if they give them the $2 delivery fee and additional tips.

Total waste of time. Spent my whole lunch waiting on an order. They called me to notify me that their bacon wasn't thawed and they still didn't show up 20 minutes later. Absolute trash don't go if you want any kind of compitent service. Would give 0 if I could

I ordered the Vito. Got home to discover they left off the provolone and onions and were really skimpy on the items they did put on the sandwich. The bread was really hard as well. It tasted old. I will not be back to that location

You guys advertise to be "Freaky Fast" but yet takes 45mins to deliver 1 order. When Donimos Pizza is faster AND farther from you guys. Makes no sense.
Tried giving the benefits of the doubt but it's inexcusable to make customers wait that long.
