Sub # 1 burnt.. so hard i couldn't bite it. They replaced it with a SLOPPY MESS
Sub#2 No cheese and not heated
Asked for it heated. They said no.
My son is absolutely angry.
The heavy set woman making subs needs to be the cashier. The manner had no excuse to torn us down.. business lost..I Isaiah visit 2xs a week. Not now.

Terrible location for delivery. I'm a 2 minute drive from the shop and every time I order it takes 30-60 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered. Placed my order at 12:33pm today and received it at 1:36pm. Called the manager in the past a couple times about this but they don't care. For all the trouble I asked about getting a coupon for a free sandwich to which I was basically laughed at. Maybe if the owner of the franchise knew about the long delivery times and future missed sales from this experience they would get this issue fixed. Hire more drivers during the lunch hour. Not sure if the $2 delivery fee is paid to the drivers or not but I tip less with the delivery fee. Maybe they could hire more drivers if they give them the $2 delivery fee and additional tips.

Total waste of time. Spent my whole lunch waiting on an order. They called me to notify me that their bacon wasn't thawed and they still didn't show up 20 minutes later. Absolute trash don't go if you want any kind of compitent service. Would give 0 if I could

I ordered the Vito. Got home to discover they left off the provolone and onions and were really skimpy on the items they did put on the sandwich. The bread was really hard as well. It tasted old. I will not be back to that location

You guys advertise to be "Freaky Fast" but yet takes 45mins to deliver 1 order. When Donimos Pizza is faster AND farther from you guys. Makes no sense.
Tried giving the benefits of the doubt but it's inexcusable to make customers wait that long.

They delivered my food to wrong place even though I specified. Manager and associates could care less !!

Ordered today for delivery. Watched my tracker and an hour later it updates that it was delivered yet nobody had shown up. So I call asking about it. Just by happenstance I look out my front door and my order was left on my front porch. Nobody knocked so I didn't know it was there. So I checked my cameras. Come to find out my order had been sitting there for 30 minutes! I watch the young lady just leave it there and walk away. Didn't even ring the doorbell... so I had to throw it away. I'm not giving my daughter a sandwich that has sat in direct sunlight for 30 minutes. $25 down the drain. Seriously who does that? We aren't in covid lock down anymore. Knock/ring the bell or crying outloud.

Walk in has always been fine, but after an hour from ordering for delivery we still hadn’t received our food. Called in and were told to check outside because our “doorbell didn’t work” even though our doorbell works just fine and we have cameras, and we were sitting in the living room keeping an eye out for the delivery. Sandwiches were remade and delivered however missing some items within each sandwich. We understand that the remakes were about half an hour before closing which is unfortunate, however when we originally ordered it was nearly two hours before close. Just an awkward situation overall between us and the workers which resulted in subpar food and service.

Great food, service but it's was kind of loud and seemed chaotic.
