Anthony, the manager should not be a manager and should not be working there. Ever. They should definitely release him from his job and hire someone who's more qualified. I have never been at any k. F. C where the food was dry, not warm? And then I ordered food at 6 PM and didn't get my food until 7. 20 pm I called customer service for a refund because I ordered food online. Still waiting for a refund on another note.

He's busy yelling at all the customers who order food online, say that the food may say they're all ate ready on the app. But they're just now getting it and their system, as customers are driving there to pick up their food, which and I have worked in fast food. Multiple times when an online order is purchased and is ready to be picked up, you usually have more than twenty minutes that is sent to the store so it can be ready in a fashionable time
For him to tell customers that they have to wait an additional 35 to 45 minute wait, it was ridiculous. For him to say that he's short staff, I could see why on how he was rude to his employees, stressing them out and not doing anything that he was supposed to do as the manager. He was so quick to go outside to smoke a cigarette and be on the phone and talk on the phone. And leave his employees inside the way. Trying to figure out what to do next, and telling them just to put orders together and keep it going, without actually doing it right was just beyond me. I would not recommend this location in spokane valley at all.

Ordered a family meal and some extra items. The apple pie bites were lacking filling. It's a lot of crust with very little apple. The extra crispy chicken had hardly and coating on it. It definitely wasn't extra crispy. The original was good but was disappointed in the extra crispy. Cole slaw, as always, was good. Biscuits were nice and soft.

The best KFC we've had in awhile. Big pieces of chicken, moist, juicy and so tasty. The biscuits were perfect although they forgot our butter and honey, great cole slaw and the regular instant potatoes but still tasted good. We will be back.

I’m not sure how long chicken is in the warming area before it is disposed of but, I think my chicken was beyond that time limit. I pretty sure it was made today but, probably before lunch. The potatoes were equally old. I paid good money for bad food.

Food was not fresh! My chicken sandwich was soggy, luke warm, and the chicken was dry! KFC famous bowls should be renamed to gross chicken nugget soup now that they don’t use popcorn chicken anymore. To top it all off our meals for 2 people was $28! Will not be visiting this place again!

Went inside to get service, and we were directed to use a self-checkout. This was slow, our order wasn't exactly what we expected and it the specials didn't save us much, which was disappointing. The staff quickly filled our our and were very nice. Everything tasted really good and was still hot when we arrived at our destination.
