Not the fastest drive thru but good customer service.
I ordered one chicken sandwich... one... but it had enough mayonnaise for 4 sandwiches. Why is the dude in the back doing this to people? He probably eats ketchup straight out of the bottle when hes home. Also they had a crazy person sitting in the dining room rocking back and forth like he just escaped the looney bin.

We don't have one in our area in AZ. So every time we are in Washington State we stop by the same location.
I went up to the manager before I left. I told him which I meant that they really out did themselves. This was the best fried chicken of my lifetime. They really do the chicken right. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the way.

This is the second time in a row I've ordered extra crispy and received original. I like KFC, I want easy fried chicken, but I would also like to get what I order.

The chicken stripe i ordered are less than a quarter inch thick and less than 3 inches long.... seriously... I paid 10$ for this?!?!

Ordered DoorDash and the driver got here quickly. My chicken tasted like it had sat out all day.. not warm and disgusting. The potato wedges were old and disgusting too. So gross. Only good thing was my lemonade.
My last visit here I encountered an unhelpful staff person at the counter, but tonight everything went well. I used the kiosk and had been order prepared well and quickly at a decent price for a family meal.

The food was good. But everytime I go in there people are yelling and screaming at each other. So many customers in there and everyone is staring at each other wondering what is going on. I'm a RGM for another company and I couldn't imagine having my customers hear what I do when I go in there. The last 3 times I've gone in there its the same thing. Take your argument to the back or outside.

Walked in and placed my order at the electronic monitor. Two other customers came and placed their order at the counter, ignoring the monitor. There was only one girl filling counter and drive up orders. After a while the two that came in after me got their food, and I just sat there for 25 minutes waiting. I walked out.
If these restaurants wish to keep customers, hire more counter help and get rid of those electronic ordering screens.
What is next? Do you want us to go behind the counter and cook our own meals?
Received our order and order two Christmas chicken boxes and game soggy chicken boxes biscuits were all right as always mac and cheese okay corn not firm but mushy
